Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of the condo didn't meet your expectations. Cleanliness and comfort are very important to us, and I apologize that we missed the mark during your stay. Had we been made aware of these issues at the time, we would have done our best to address them promptly and make things right during your visit. You never mentioned any of this things to me during your 3 days stay. We encourage all our guests to reach out with any concerns, as we’re always happy to help resolve them in real time. I wish you mentioned something right a way, you did reached out to me about late checked out and granted you 4 hrs late check out and even then you never mentioned any issues with the apartment. Your comments about the cleaning concerns and supplies have been shared with our team so we can prevent similar issues moving forward. We also appreciate the note about the window shades and will make sure those are addressed. I'm glad to hear the second-floor location added a bit of peace of mind, and I do hope that, despite the inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy parts of your stay. Thank you again for the feedback. Best regards,

We truly value your detailed revue of our property and wish you reached out to us with the issues you have listed here. We do have portable AC units and since your booking started in May, here in Pacific NW, we do not get hot weather till mid June closer to July, we didn't have them installed due to cold weather in 60F If you have reached out, we would have gladly come in and installed them for you. Our guests are our highest priority and we want you to be comfortable here with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the property clean and comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the security deposit process and any concern this caused. We take guest safety and communication policies very seriously and have reviewed this situation carefully to ensure all future transactions occur smoothly. Your comments help us improve, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother, fully seamless experience next time. I wish you gave us more then 3 stars for the 5 star apartment and the miscommunication you experienced after your stay should not be part of the rating towards super nice and clean unit you stayed in.
