This home holds deep personal meaning for meâit was the first property I ever purchased, near where I attended graduate school. Itâs the home where I began my family, stepped into real estate, and fell in love with design.
Much of what makes this space special is thanks to the vision and skill of my longtime friend and collaborator, David. From the custom pool and waterfall to interior finish work and thoughtful design features, his craftsmanship helped bring so much of this home to lifeâwork that still stands strong nearly two decades later.
The neighborhood remains peaceful, welcoming, and full of memories. Itâs a joy to now share this home with others.

Weâve always appreciated the location: close to top-rated schools, shopping, and many of the cityâs best attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood with walking trails, parks, and playgrounds just steps away.
One of the most tranquil and beloved features is our custom SPOOLâa spa/pool hybrid with jets, a swim jet, and a beautiful, stacked stone waterfall. Morning or evening, youâll often find us relaxing on the patio, listening to the soothing sound of the water and enjoying the calm that this outdoor space brings.
