“Wow!” is what you’ll say when you step into this gorgeous first row beachfront house. Wave N Sea has stylish nautical decor, an open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and an amazing beach view! You'll be blown away by the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the morning sunrise and listen to the waves from the furnished deck, and when you are ready to get some sand between your toes the beach is literally steps away.

Admire the beach while preparing your family's favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with both bar seating and a large dining table. All bedrooms and the living area feature flat-screen smart TVs, and the home offers high speed internet.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity. Bedroom two features a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full over full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed. The queen sleeper sofa and ottoman twin bed in the living area make it possible to sleep 12 comfortably. There are also a travel crib and high chair available for your baby.

The downstairs patio area has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and chairs perfect for a barbecue with friends and family. An outdoor shower is attached downstairs to wash the day away before enjoying the home.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Stay was great!!

Great time had by all wonderful place. Be sure if you are a clean freak like me bring your own cleaning supplies, paper goods( toilet paper, paper towel,) if you do not get the linen package. Make sure to bring sheets King, Queen, and 2 Twin… hand towels, kitchen towels, bath towels, washcloths. However, don’t over pack they have a great washer and dryer.

The location and access to beach are great and we love staff at Swedes. We did encounter several issues however. The only door is so hard to open that you have to slam your shoulder into it to open and kids couldn’t open at all. The house is very, very worn and is in need of paint and updates. There are stains on the walls, specifically in hall bath, baseboards are dirty, bathroom sinks and toilets don’t drain properly, trash can is rusted and appliances are worn out. Kitchen is not well stocked with utensils, baking dishes and there are zero baking sheets. Mattress in queen room is so sunken in the middle that you literally roll inwards, comforter is stained and dust ruffle is ripped apart. There is broken outdoor furniture and grills are basically unusable. We were asked if we reported that the house needed cleaned but we did not want house being cleaned while we were there and feel that these issues should have been noticed and addressed before guests arrive. Overall we had a great time but would have liked the house to be better equipped, maintained and comfortable. Will choose a different property in the future.

Really liked the layout of the house. It was very comfortable for my family and friends to be in. Amazing view from the balcony over looking the gulf. The only negative that I really have on the house is you could feel every move from others in the house. While sitting in the living room you could feel someone walking up the stairs from outside. Definitely limited personal time for me and the wife.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to kick off what will now be our annual family tradition. This house is truly spectacular, and the memories we made here will be cherished for years to come.From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning nautical decor and the immaculate condition of the home. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and we spent countless hours relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves, and enjoying the perfect weather. The beach access is incredibly easy, making it simple to get our toes in the sand whenever we pleased.The kitchen was a joy to cook in and was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our family's favorite meals. The open floor plan and large dining table were perfect for our entire family to gather for memorable dinners and board games. It felt incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably.What really sets Wave N Sea apart is the feeling of being at home. It's clear that so much thought and care has gone into making this a special place. We loved having everything we needed, from beach chairs to comfy blankets, and felt completely at ease throughout our stay.Thank you for providing the perfect backdrop for our new Labor Day tradition. We are already looking at our calendars and can't wait to book our return trip next year!

This place was great! Good location, with easy beach access, and clean. Only downside that was not listed was sheets were not included & you had to pay extra for that, and toilet paper/paper towels were not included. We were not made aware of this until after booking, but it was an overall great experience and place to stay!

House was very clean, but kitchen was not as well supplied as a family that cooks needs; we bought a couple of items and left for others to enjoy after us.

The beach house was literal perfection! The only 'complaint' is there isn't direct beach access and it gets PACKED. We also didn't like that vehicles were allowed to drive on the beach as we witnessed several accidents.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a final beach weekend for the year and Wave N Sea did not disappoint. The house was beautiful and well-appointed, and the view from the front porch is amazing. We had four kids with us and there was more than enough room to spread out, and relax. It was the perfect backdrop for an amazing beach weekend. My unpleasable 13-year-old said, "It was a fire weekend, Mom!" which is practically the nicest thing he's ever said ;-) Note to renters, there are pillows and comforters in the house, but you'll need to bring trash bags, paper goods, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. However, there is a little store right up the road so it's really no trouble if you need anything. Thank you, Swede's; we'll definitely be back!
