Conveniently located in downtown Munising nearby Lake Superior and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, as well as by some of Munising's best restaurants, breweries, wine tasting & shopping, this newly remodeled apartment is a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling or boating! Features all the comforts of home including a propane grill & picnic tables in backyard (shared area with other guests), central air & kids Pack ‘n Play. Whether you enjoy cooking in the full equipped kitchen, relaxing by the flat-screen TV or stopping by one of the breweries or restaurants located right across the street, this beautiful apartment is the perfect home away from home during your Munising stay!

Free washers and dryers (2 each) makes quick work of laundry, and for EV drivers, a newly installed 40A Level 2 EV Charger ensures your car is topped off and ready for adventure! Note the charger is open to the public and is not free.

***Note this building has an Ecobee thermostat and we adjust it from an app as requested. The thermostat controls the entire building.

Great Base Location for Pictured Rocks

This place was the perfect base for exploring the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. We loved the location because after hiking all day, we could walk to restaurants and even the boat tours. The space was perfect to relax in. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive.

This Munising room suite has several nice things going for it- very convenient location (yet we found it thankfully quiet), cute lounge/tv room as you enter, nice spacious kitchen with everything you need, and good bathroom. The only downside is the bed. It is a "full" size at best which is fine if you're single or a younger couple that tolerates tighter quarters - which we are not. Pictured Rocks is worth a visit and some exploring, great beaches. Cuisine in Munising: lots of pizza and craft beer.

Vrbo we stayed at was clean and within walking distance to all the best stops in town! A little early for the season to be there but we had some great hiking opportunities! The weather cooperated too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very positive experience and wonderful trip to Pictured Rocks/Munising. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Artist’s Alley, parks and the cruise docks. The gelato at East Side Sweets was phenomenal!! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit squeaky, which would wake you up when someone rolled over (lol). Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again.

Adorable little place

Great stay!

Great place to stay in Munising! Apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Was here in the Fall to see pictured rocks and it was only a 15-30 min drive to the holes we went on! Would highly recommend.

This cozy spot was so conveniently located to everything you would want for a pictured rocks/waterfall stay. It was so cute and clean, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Munising!

Great location

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location is within walking distance to so many things. We really liked going on evening walks especially by Lake Superior. It’s so pretty at sunset. I would definitely stay there again.

This cool unit had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Being located directly across from By George micro-brewery didn't hurt! A great base for UP explorations.

Fabulous

This cabin was absolutely fabulous!! It was cozy and loved the closeness of the river and nature. Loved the nightly campfires while staring out over the river and up into the moon lit sky!!! Not far from all the beauty waterfalls and pictured rock tours. Perfect location and cabin to stay in!!

Home away from home.

I was so satisfied with our stay at the Tree house. We were walking distance to many places we wanted to go, without having to worry about parking. The property managers were very punctual in replying to any questions we had. Another nice thing about our stay was the parking pass for the State Parks.
