Welcome to the Wildwood at Beech Creek. Lovely 27ft travel trailer with Queen Bedroom and sofa bed. Perfect for a couple or family with small children. Everything you need for a fun glamping experience in our little haven in the mountains of East Tennessee. We are set on 50 acres but do have other vacation property on our farm. This RV sits with 4 other RV units but is very secluded. A few things to note: we are very rural. The nearest services are 5 miles away. We live on a working farm like setting you will see us out and about at times working. We make sure to keep any loud working between the hours of 8am-8pm. Our water is sourced from a well. We have a whole system water filtration and softener, but can still get some of the sulphur smell at times. Last but not least, we live in the country, there are bugs, we try to spray regularly around the cabin and the RV sites but you will see a lot of bugs in the summer. Some not so fun, but the fireflies will not disappoint. We live on the property and are available if any needs arise.
Booked a week to look for a new place to live, the surroundings at this place gave me high hopes of finding some place similar. Wide open spaces, privacy, close to the highway, very relaxing. One of the nights we were there, there was a thunderstorm. The lights in the sky playing off the mountain heights were just amazing.
We enjoyed our stay and the camper was nice and clean however, we thought from the photos that it was a bit more private. there are 4 units in a row just a few feet from each other and at least 1 of them looks to have a permanent resident. Not exactly what we had been lead to believe by the write up & photos. We were fortunate to be in the end unit that faces the open field so we felt like we had a little more privacy
What a great little place to get away from the world. No cell service, no problem! Wifi worked well enough for us to check email once in awhile and stream the occasional you tube video. If you want to buy a camper, here is a great way to dip your toes in the water and enjoy the benefits camper life has to offer. The camper had everything we needed from cookware and seasoning to extra blankets and bedding. Waking up to that incredible view every morning, watching the sunset every evening and eating dinner while deer come out of the wood line to graze. As the daylight softly fades the lightning bugs come out in full force, dancing across the field. We look forward to visiting this site again in the fall, when the colors are in full view. Thanks for sharing this property with us.
The RV was nice. Amenities such as fridge, stove, shower all included.
The listing is deceiving as it states there are 4 campers on the property but the RV is very secluded. There are 4 campers lined up next to one another. So not secluded. The area was off the main road but not quiet.
We ran out of propane on Xmas day so had no stove or hot water. Has to switch out the propane tank from the gas grill and was told by the host they would be there the next day to put more tanks in. That did not happen .
Overall the RV is nice but if you are looking for secluded, away from people this is not your place to stay.
We loved everything about this property. Camper was nice and clean, the property itself and the surrounding area was immaculate! We will definitely be back!
