Completely remodeled with boho and luxury mid-century modern inspired design, Sagebrush is the perfect destination to revitalize and make fond memories. @thesagebrush

This is our first Vrbo-designed home and we put our heart into each detail to ensure our guests enjoy a premium experience during their stay. We have a heated pool, bocce ball court, custom bar and MUCH more.

Wake up in our master bedroom to a beautiful view of our dreamy outdoor space and brand new pool. Enjoy breakfast on the patio or lounge by the garden after a quick round of corn hole or bocce ball. Make craft cocktails using our custom outdoor bar or head to the BBQ grill for a bite and enjoy the brilliant shades of the Arizona sunset. The options at Sagebrush are endless!

LOCATION: Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square, Paradise Valley, Sky Harbor Int'l airport, a lovely botanical garden and zoo, multiple golf courses and shopping attractions, top-notch bars and restaurants and easy highway access - you will never run out of things to do! Take advantage of our guide book for all of our favorite places, or shoot us a text for suggestions!

INDOOR LIVING: Kick back indoors to a 4k 65" smart TV in our cozy living room or make your way to one of our 3 wonderfully decorated bedrooms, walk-in closets, Tufts & Needle mattresses and 625 thread count Egyptian cotton bed sheets after a day of outdoor adventure. We also have 2 portable twin-sized foam mattresses available upon request, free of charge.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a covered patio w/ a rotating 4k 55" smart TV and Nest mini, cozy sectional seating with an adjacent dining table and swing, brand new gas grill, bocce ball court, corn hole, wall garden, portable cooler and chaise lounge chairs, a STUNNING CUSTOM open bar with its own bar stools, mini-fridge, utility sink and counter space, and more! Beach towels and floaties will also be provided.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and equipped, microwave, electric stove, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, electric steam kettle, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, kitchen island (2 stools) and more!

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, central heating & air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, and cleaning essentials.

Wonderful Stay!

Waleed was a wonderful host. He was very communicative and worked with our schedule. The house was clean and had an awesome outside area to hang out in and go for swims! We had a wonderful time staying at the home and we definitely recommend staying here!

Get ready for some backyard FUN

This home was perfect. If you are wanting to spend time at the Vrbo THIS IS THE PLACE! The backyard was a dream. Heated pool, yard games, grill, beautiful area to gather and just relax. We were so impressed with the host. He was so genuine and took great care in the details. Also close to Scottsdale world famous shopping. This one is a must!

Exactly as advertised

The property was the perfect setting for our golf getaway. The house was very clean, well stocked and provided enough room, for our party of six. The backyard is set up like a resort, complete with a pool, outdoor bar / BBQ area, corn hole / bocce and a covered outdoor seating area. We were a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale, close to many golf courses and a good location to go to the WM Phoenix Open. The host was amazing and had a nice check in gift for us. The only issue we had, was the TV channels didn’t provide us with coverage of the PGA event we wanted to watch.

Perfect home base for ASU family weekend

This was a clean, comfortable, convenient home base for our family while we were in town for family weekend. Short drive to ASU, downtown Scottsdale food options, and major highways to get to other metro areas. It didn’t work out to have our student and friends for a grill/pool night but would have been a perfect set up for it. Beds were comfortable. Host was gracious and communicative. We’ll look for this spot again in the future!

Mom’s 60th was a success

We couldn’t have been more thrilled about our stay here at the Sagebrush. The home was BEAUTIFUL, the hosts were incredibly kind & the location was prime for everything we wanted to do. I don’t think we drove more than 8 min to anything. Our Mom had the best weekend! We cannot thank you enough & we hope to be back!

Mom and daughter get away

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The outside living area was great and we enjoyed evening movies with the party lights on. Waleed was a wonderful host. He kindly checked in to make sure all was good and had many great recommendations. Close to old town Scottsdale, quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous spot close to ASU and Scottsdale. Home is beautiful, pool is clean and large. Host was beyond helpful & made the whole process easy. I almost don’t want to post the review because I want this place all to myself! 5 stars!

Amazing!

If you are considering booking here do it now! We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was spotless, comfy beds and the decor was so cute and modern. The neighborhood is safe and the perfect location to the airport and oldstown nightlife. The outdoor area is a dream! The pool is huge and the water is the perfect temp, plenty of lounge chairs and floaties and the covered outdoor area is perfect for lounging when you need a break from the sun. I can’t count the amount of times we said how perfect this place was. Our host was always available if needed and he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back, Thanks Sage Brush for making my Bach party amazing!!

Absolutely wonderful stay here. Host was extremely communicative and helped solve minor issues as quickly and easily as possible without disrupting our stay. Gorgeous home and close proximity to everything you could want in Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix areas.
