Nashville was the perfect getaway. The VRBO was a great setup for those traveling in larger groups. Plenty of space and bathrooms and very close to the main strip.
My friends and I had an amazing stay! The house is big enough to give everyone their own space and privacy, but still very nice for when we wanted to get together. The house is located in a nice spot of Nashville, and we were minutes from everything. The property manager was super helpful and we had zero issues. Would stay here again!
Tried to get early check in and was told they would let us know when the unit was clean, but no one ever got back to us. I asked the day before check in, and twice the day of. Our unit, 5, had no upstairs AC when we got there. It was 78 degrees. Lights over the master bath sink were out in unit 5. We were moved to unit 2 the next day, thankfully, but we had to pack everything that we unpacked the day before to move to the other unit. The shower curtain in main bath was gross with a pink scum on it. Luckily we found one under the sink and changed it ourselves. The main floor bedroom also had a leak above the window so when it rained, which was daily, a lot of water leaked in onto side of the bed and floor. I reported it as soon as we saw it, but you can tell itâs been there for a while. We had to move the bed to keep it from getting soaked so we could sleep on it. The fan light in the master bedroom did not work. The shampoo/conditioner containers in the bottom floor shower were empty. The fridge had no shelves on the door for storage. From the responses I got whenever I messaged them, I feel like they were already aware of the issues and chose to ignore them. Aside from moving us, they did not check-in to see how it was going after we moved. They didn't really seem to care. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of toilet paper, extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs.
The place looked good from far but far from good. A lot of things did not work - including the oven and the wifi.
Tried contacting the host on several occasions and it took forever for a response. Ended up having someone fix the wifi but the oven was never fixed.
That being said, the place was clean and the space was perfect for our group. The house was only about an 8$ Uber to downtown but you definitely should not walk it. Overall we enjoyed our stay but someone needs to do a thorough check of the place before check in to ensure everything is working as listed.
Lots of stairs. House was not ready at check in time. 3 hour wait. Got to witness the line person cleaning the house and did not do a good job. Basically spread the dirt around. I asked to borrow vacuum so I could hit the sofa and chair since she wasnât going to do it. We had to go around and wipe down bathrooms as they were not clean.. it is such a shame that this modern upscale home is not managed properly.
The property needs a lot of care. The property management team responded to all the things that were missing or needed repair but as a renter we shouldn't have so many things to report that needed service or repair. I am a host as well and was very disappointed. The owners need to update and paint the whole place.
Property is not stocked for a large group. We arrived to find the unit worn looking and unclean. Kitchen counters not wiped, floors not vacuumed or mopped. Bedding in one room was not changed and the bathroom unclean. The kitchen is poorly stocked. I arrived finding enough silverware for four people and the town home can sleep 12-14. There were only four large plates and six salad plates. Lots of mismatched items. We bought paper goods to help us through. Only three wine glasses. The kitchen is very bare. The items that are there are in poor condition. Many chipped plates and mugs. Towels provided were old and worn. Furniture tired and dirty. Roof top area same. Tired and worn. The owner was very responsive and had silverware delivered and sent cleaning crew out twice. After a while you just get tired of finding things and needed to just enjoy the time with family. Itâs such a nice place in theory but looks neglected and just enough put in to get by. You will receive an email before check in that the place has been inspected and is ready for our arrival. I do not believe that the home has ever been inspected. Keep expectations low and youâll be okay.
