The Space:

Because this condo is in the Deer Ridge Mountain Resort, you will have access to an indoor pool/ hot tub, sauna, playground, tennis court, park grills and deck; as well as the Cobbly Nob outdoor pool which is open between memorial day and labor day!



One important thing to note for this property is its low ceilings! So, If you consider yourself a tall person, we would recommend a different one of our other Deer Ridge Rentals!



**IMPORTANT UPDATE: The resort SAUNA is currently out of order until further notice. While all other resort amenities remain available, we cannot guarantee sauna access during your stay and appreciate your understanding as the resort handles these repairs**

Frequently Asked Questions:



☀ What does the drive there look like?

• Transparently, because the resort is on part of the Smoky Mountains, the drive up to the resort can be steep and winding. However, the roads are paved and in the winter, they are plowed to ensure utmost safety. If you are terribly uncomfortable with driving on mountains, we will miss getting to host you and recommend another property. BUT, if you can try it out, the National Park views and natural coziness are what make Gatlinburg the tried and true mountain destination.



☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?

• No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!



☀ Is the hot tub private and what is the situation with the pools?

• Fortunately, Deer Ridge Mountain Resort allows guests access to a shared pool/ hot tub area at the resort. Unfortunately, this does mean that neither the hot tub, nor the pool are private. We understand that privacy is sought after, but we hope the extra amenities will make up for it!

• There are two outdoor pools available to guests and both are within a short 8-10 minute drive of the resort. The outdoor pools; however, are only open from Memorial day to Labor day. The specific locations will be shared after booking!



☀ Will the condo be loud/ noisy?

• Because this property is part of a resort, it does mean you will have neighbors in other condos. While we always hope that these other guests will keep their volume to a reasonable minimum, we cannot guarantee it. This particular unit is located on the bottom floor, so you could have guests above or beside you.



☀ Is smoking allowed in this property?

• The property is a 100% smoke-free zone. This means no smoking is allowed inside the condo, as well as the private patio.



☀ Is there an EV Charging station?

• Yes, EV charging stations are available in front of the first “E” building, located next door to the clubhouse/office. Please note that these chargers are shared facilities and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimal charging fee.
