Our villa is located within the private Palm Bay Beach Club, a community of individually owned villas. While resort-managed amenities (pool, shuttle, gym) are not included, this allows us to keep costs lower and offer you full use of the villa’s well-stocked features.

Enjoy a private porch, beach chairs, kayak and SUP, coolers, beach towels, and Starlink WiFi. The villa sits on Palm Bay Beach, includes free parking, is centrally located, and is an easy stroll to Jolly Hall Beach. You’ll also find the on-site Splash Restaurant just steps away.

Wonderful Exuma vacation!

We booked Linda's property after planning our first visit to the Bahamas with friends who were staying at Hideaways. Linda's Exuma Side-Quest was perfect, and we were amazed at the amenities that were provided. The towels, dry bag, and camera bags were perfect for our Exuma keys tour. The location was close to the beautiful Jolly beach. We were able to use the pool and the water-sports equipment. Love Exuma, and love Linda for being such an incredible host to us.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay here. It was so refreshing to have a stay that felt cozy and homey with ceiling fans, warm lighting, coffee pot and a patio to enjoy the views. It was everything you need to enjoy your stay at Exuma and Linda was so welcoming and helpful. The resort helps with taxis and the food at Splash was great. We can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for welcoming us so warmly to Exuma!

Fabulous Host

There is something to be said about renting privately. Our host Linda payed great attention to details. Was a Very smooth way to book and plan a holiday. The villa was equipped with all you need for your stay on this beautiful Island. It is also a fantastic location. Restaurant on sight and several walkable beaches at your doorstep. Our family will certainly be returning.

Wonderful Location & Property

This place was great. Exactly as advertised. Clean, close to the water and the owner and property manager were both extremely helpful and available for anything we needed. First visit to Exuma Island

The location was great. The villa was ideal for the two of us. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything to prepare a meal. The villa had tons of nice features and accessories, including dry bags and a small cooler. Easy barefoot walk to the beach for some time on the sand. One restaurant on the property and another easily walkable via sidewalk. The villa was perfect for our stay!

Great unit in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Location within the property was great. Great water view from front porch. The unit was fully equipped-we had everything we needed and more. We had some rainy days, so the TV and channel selection saved the day. Linda was great to work with and check in and check out was so easy! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing stay, views, and hospitality!

Our Villa was very clean and well appointed. Host, “Linda” didn’t miss a thing. You can literally bring your clothes and be golden. We will definitely be back. Hideaways is Quite, and maintained well. It has the security of a resort, and still quite wirh plenty of space to hideaway. Every place we stopped was breathtaking. We also rented a boat for 2 days and that is a must and one of our favorite things we did on this trip!

Everything and more!

This property did not disappoint. Linda had all the information about the island and gave her favorite reviews. The villa was so clean and well kept with all the extras! The perfect villa in the perfect location! Literally just "Steps to the beach" Everthing you needed for your stay was avaible and supplied, she really thought of everything! The view is beyond amazing! We would definitely reccomend and be coming back!

An Excellent Stay at Side Quest Exuma Villa at Hideaways

We had an excellent stay at Side Quest Exuma villa! The villa is so comfortable (especially the bed) and had everything we could need and more. It was great having use of beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and dry bag. Linda thought of every detail in this well appointed villa, and she was very responsive to questions and provided very helpful tips for our first time in Exuma. The location is very convenient to Georgetown and the airport and it really is steps to the beach. It was nice to have Splash restaurant on site at Hideaways for food/drink and the pool was relaxing after a day exploring Exuma. I highly recommend the Side Quest villa and will definitely return!

Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed 10 relaxing days at Exuma Side Quest. The villa, the views, the beaches, the people and the island in general were amazing. The villa was spotless and very welcoming. Its location is perfect for exploring the island. As previous reviews have mentioned, Linda has thought of everything. All you need to bring is your clothes. One of my husband’s favorites was the Yeti cooler that kept our beer ice cold all day as we boated and enjoyed the many beaches. We look forward to our next trip to Exuma and will definitely rent from Linda again! Thank you for everything Linda!

Did NOT want to leave!!

A perfect getaway! The villa is literally steps to the ocean! The host (Linda) thought of everything from suntan lotion to a cooler for your day excursions around the island. The guest handbook was a great guide for things to do and places to eat (drink!) Linda was easy to get in touch with and super helpful answering questions we had in preparation of our trip. The cherry on top of an amazing villa and location, was all the amenities the resort had to offer. The resort has a small town feel and the staff was so welcoming - it felt like home! (but SO much better!). We will be back!

Absolutely must go back!!

It was an incredible location! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the dock over the water. The villa was beautiful, and clean. They thought of everything you need for a stay at the beach. Just bring your clothes!! Everyone was so friendly. The owner was very accommodating. She gave excellent recommendations on where to go and how to get there. If you don’t want to go anywhere, it’s a great place to stay put. You can kayak, paddle board, snorkel or peddle boat around or just relax on the beach. Can’t wait to go back and stay in the villa again. So thankful for our time together! Truly a blessing to have this experience.

A lovely stay

If anything, the listings don't do this site justice. We wanted something casual; more than a grass hut on an isolated island, but less than a Disney-style resort. This cottage at Hideaways was perfect for us. The on-premise bar/restaurant was convenient (and you can order pizza to go to take back to your rooms). The beaches were better than described and we enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach in the shallow waters. (The score included one small sea turtle, a young barracuda, squirrel fish, schools of snapper, and countless varieties of wrasse and damsel fish.) And it's worth the short walk to Jolly Hall beach, which is like a postcard!The free shuttle to Georgetown is an easy way to see the town, have a meal, shop for groceries and adult beverages, and return. (We didn't wait for the shuttle, and took a taxi for 10 instead.)The people are all so friendly and kind. Linda was a gracious and attentive host who respondeded quickly to any question or concern we had. We plan to return and stay longer next time!

It had it all.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was very clean and in a great location just a short drive into Georgetown. Linda, our host, has thought of all the things you need for a vacation. She had dry bags, toiletries, trash bags, extra blankents, games, spices, and the best welcome book full of information. Linda was super easy to communicate with and answered her emails promptly. By chance we ended up meeting her husband and son and they were delightful as well. We stayed 2 weeks and the housekeeper, a lovely woman named Jennetta, did a cleaning with turn down service halfway through our stay. The only downside from our trip was rolling blackouts (the resort was doing renovations) and there was an electrical fire on the island that knocked out our wifi supplier. It was good that there was so much to do we only missed it when we wanted to upload videos and photos for our family, but we were able to connect to the resort wifi and get it done. Notes: The best snorkeling we had was right outside the resort and on sand dollar beach. Chat-n-Chill is great but the bbq plate is overrated. If you fish, the locals will gladly take any extras!
