Sunny Home in Private Setting

This is a spacious two-bedroom home providing all you need to relax and unwind!

Perfect for a twosome, the `huge` principal bedroom has a queen bed. If you have an extra guest or child, there is a single bed in the cozy second bedroom.

Onsite and garage parking is included. Pets welcome if approved by host -- $20/night/pet.

LONG-TERM STAYS WELCOME!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you`d need to cook and bake. A washer/dryer is onsite, with detergent provided.

Noise Information:
This home is not far from the Rochester International Airport, so there may be opportunity for flight noise. Also there is a railroad track in the vicinity. Some people love the sound of trains! My experience is that once inside, the sounds are muffled.

There is an exterior camera system for the house, but there are no indoor cameras.
Please note that this in NOT a party location.
Maximum guests to be onsite past 11PM are the ones registered to stay.

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
