Just a mile away from highway, 7 minutes away from Strong Hospital, 10 minutes away from RIT, 20 minutes away from Seabreeze Amusement Park and Lake Ontario and across a street from Wegmans Corporate Office. You will love our cozy home on a quiet street in Gates. Due to its close proximity to highway, our house is within 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. Lyft, Uber and public transportation are nearby.
The house is fully renovated, cozy, clean, two bedrooms and one bathroom ranch. The home has central air and heating, a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
Guests have access to entire house and backyard.
The living room has 65" WiFi enabled Smart TV. You can access your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube accounts. Large bedroom also has 55'' Smart TV. Free WiFi for guests.
Video cameras are in use on the outside of the property only. (no cameras in-house)

Amazing place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious and extremely clean. The owner did an amazing job of supplying the house with all the comforts of home. It’s located on a very quiet street. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very cozy and comfortable, centrally located!

We had a lovely stay here. Came in for a couple of my son’s lacrosse games and it was a short drive to the field. Anything we could possibly need was in close proximity. Nadia paid great attention to detail with the amenities in the place. From the full kitchen set up, hairdryer and magnified makeup mirror! She thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable Would definitely stay again!

Great, easy stay!

House was in excellent shape - clearly VERY recently renovated, and very clean. New appliances, new TVs, and well-stocked with new essentials. Location was fine, convenient to the airport and nearby stores. Neighborhood was quiet (neighbor has a dog, but the dog only cared when I was coming or going and was otherwise quiet.)

Great Property

The location was great. Close access to airport, food Walmart. I was worried about hearing planes but I only ever heard them a couple times and it wasn’t loud. The home was upgraded and very well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Immaculate Home

I would highly recommend staying at this home. Newly remodeled, all new appliances with everything you could need. Property owner is very responsive. We will stay there again upon our return to Rochester.

Wonderful “home base”

We found this home to be wonderful for our “home base” as we visited family in Rochester. Very clean, modern practically new little house. Host promptly answered every question we had. Convenient location to the expressway.

Great updated house!

We loved the location and cleanliness of this house. Everything is new and updated, with all the kitchen appliances anyone would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the showerhead was excellent. Would stay here again!

Our stay was perfectly lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had coffee and everything else you could need, the apartment was spotless, the area was quiet, there was plenty of room, and entry and communication were easy. Recommended!

Wonderful and Restful

We had family visiting for the weekend and this property was in a perfect location. The property was spotless! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all you needed and the living room was bright and open. Our host was quick to rexpond to any questions we had. All the little touches were noticed and appreciated...snack tray, coffee pods, etc... we really enjoyed staying at your property!

Clean, uncluttered, well appointed.

This small 2 bedroom newly renovated house was perfect for my wife and I as we were in town for a family reunion. Despite being a small house, both bedrooms were roomy with a lot of closet space. And the kitchen and living room were both large. All appliances, which included a blender and air-fryer, were almost new and the kitchen had a huge amount of counter space. My wife, a kitchen designer, was impressed. Despite being close to the airport, we were not at all bothered by the sound of the planes. And the street was very quiet. (There was a dog that was fenced in next door that would bark as we entered or left, but was only outside for a short time each evening. And we never heard it any other time.) Our host was quick to respond to our messages and requests. If we visit the area in the future, we would not hesitate to rent this property again.
