Luxury three story home with beautiful private pool, and dream back yard with cornhole game on Astro turf. It’s a quick walk to the most popular area on the beach. Double driveway, holds 6-8 vehicles. Gameroom with air hockey, ping ping and video arcade! Large smart TVs in all bedrooms, gameroom and living room.

Wonderful location and property for a week with our entire family. Spacious and comfortable rooms for everyone. Pool and hot tub was a hit. Highly recommended heating both if staying during the winter months. We had a few issues which the host took care of immediately. The area had lots of fun things to see and do for all ages. Make sure to go over the ferry at least once.

Great Place, Great Hosts

We stayed at the property over the Easter weekend for my brother in laws birthday and had an amazing time. The house was clean and well presented with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were kept in top condition and there were plenty of games for the family to enjoy. Tammye and Ryan were excellent hosts and were always on hand via messaging if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and would be sure to stay again.

Yearly Port A Family Vacation

The large backyard and the pool was as large and special as seen in the pictures. We enjoyed the beach but returned to outdoor showers and the pool. The downstairs area is larger than what I thought with three large bedrooms and a full bath and small kitchen. Having only three full bathrooms was not as issue for the five families that stayed there. Although we only had five vehicles, the extra parking spaces were appreciated as well.

This was honestly the best home I have ever rented. So many beds for me and my family. A beautiful back yard, the beach being 2 mins away. My family and I would definitely comeback.

Great beach vacation

The house was very nice and well equipped. There is plenty of room. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms had tons of towels and there are 3 sets of washers and dryers. The outdoor area and pool were excellent, especially the large shallow area for the little ones. The location was good, easy to drive golf carts to the beach and into town. The most responsive host I have ever experienced.

Fabulous!

We stayed in this spacious home for a family retreat. We all had plenty of room and activities that kept everyone engaged. Plenty of patio space for enjoying coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening. Walking distance to beach but definitely need a golf cart! The top floor en-suite is also great!!! I could go on and on about the house but the most fabulous part was the home owner! Tammye, you are amazing, thank you for all you did to make our trip great!!

WOW, this house is amazing. The pictures are an accurate description of the house. It well maintained and everything is up to date. The location is perfect, management was very helpful and the check in/ check out process was great. Great communication from them and very clear with their expectations. I will definitely be coming back to this home if possible.

Multi generational family time

We had a great time hanging together as grandparents, an adult couple and two four member families. 4 children (ages 5-7) loved the downstairs area with toys and games. There were three levels, so lots of stairs, mostly outside. The pool and backyard were great! The main (middle) level was somewhat challenging as there was no dining table for meals or playing cards and games inside and the heat and mosquitoes made using outside table too unpleasant. We improvised and made what was there and our coolers work. This is not a walk to the beach! It was about a 6 minute drive. You have to have a golf cart or sand worthy vehicles. A good time was had by all, which was the whole idea! We would possibly visit this property again and bring a card table and chairs. The private pool and master suite were great and the bedroom options worked for our family. It was also extremely well furnished for our needs.

My husband and I grew up going to the Texas coast during the summers and have been taking our kids there for years. We both fell in love with Port Aransas and Rockport years ago so we decided to eventually retire there. We hope you love the area and this home as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are very hands on with our rental properties to make sure our guests truly get the relaxing vacation experience they are looking for. I decorate and furnish the home with the luxury amenities that I would want while staying in a VRBO. We are very proud of the housekeeping team we have, we get compliments often on our other homes on how clean they are.
We chose this home because of its prime location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It has everything! Beautiful private pool in the backyard, astroturf surrounding it, large open home with plenty of space and bedrooms... which is very important when you travel with family and friends. We have since added a game room with arcade games, hockey table, ping pong table and big screen tv, just steps away from the pool.
****Please note this home has security cameras on the outside of home.

Luggage elevator lift (so no hauling luggage up the front stairs!)
Bedrooms on all levels.
Privacy! 6 bedrooms, all with only one bed, except the kids large bunk room which has 3 double beds.
Huge kitchen with so many small appliances... truly a chef's kitchen!
