Sunseekers 7

Profitez de la brise fraîche tout en restant assis sur votre balcon privé donnant sur les eaux vert émeraude du golfe.

Le bâtiment est très faible densité avec seulement dix unités de sorte que vous avez pratiquement la plage pour vous-même.

Ce condo est directement sur le Golfe avec seulement quelques yards de pelouse verte entre vous et le sable blanc.
Sunseekers 7 dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bains. Il y a une reine dans la chambre principale avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. La chambre d'amis offre un grand lit. Juste à côté de la cuisine est une chambre d'enfants avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Le condo offre également une cuisine bien approvisionnée, une table à manger pour 8 personnes, un balcon privé, une laveuse et une sécheuse ainsi que le Wifi gratuit.

La propriété est située sur la magnifique 30-A à Blue Mountain Beach, qui est entre Grayton et Mer à quelques minutes à l'est et la Place du Golfe quelques minutes à l'ouest. Les activités locales incluent le cyclisme le long de la piste cyclable 30-A, le golf au club de golf Santa Rosa à quelques minutes, ou le shopping à Seaside ou à SanDestin, à 15-20 minutes en voiture.

Une seule place de parking garantie est disponible. Il y a aussi une place disponible pour les invités, premier arrivé, premier servi.

Amazing stay

We loved staying here. The view was amazing, the accommodations was perfect. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of room. We loved being right on the beach and the interior of the condo was so cute. It was the best vacation we have ever had has a family.

What a great week

Really enjoyed the week at the beach. Managers were very helpful; their recommendations for concierge services were very good. Love the Resturant and bar nearby. Unit was nice and had a great view.

We love Blue Mountain!

The location provided everything we could have wanted...breakfast,lunch,dinner,drinks,gas,groceries,coffee... it was all a short walk down the road. The view from the room was incredible! Our condo was perfect.

Other than some of the other renters sticking their nose into our business (where we parked and one of our kids brought a beach think up to the condo by mistake), it was a great place to stay for our family.

Sounds of surf

This beautiful property in a perfect location offers peace. The beach was uncrowded and the only noise heard inside the condo was the ever present and welcome sounds of the waves crashing into the shore.

Great place to stay, very clean, very close to beach, pictures are accurate but cannot express the beauty of the surroundings. parking is very tight so pay attention to the parking info. it is the truth.

Perfect getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean. My husband and I usually complain about mattresses when we are of town but the beds were very comfortable and it was super quiet. The only thing we could hear at night was the ocean which was very peaceful. The parking was a bit tight luckily there was no one on either side of us. Despite that we would stay again.

Love this place!

Location was perfect. Plenty of room and well kept. Other than not be able to locate a broom (tracking in sand) it had everything we needed. Had one small issue with DVD player and it was promptly addressed and replaced with new DVD player. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, nice place

Our second night we had an issue with the electricity. The property manager worked hard and fast to make sure it was fixed even giving us other housing options. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with!

Great View!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view was great and it is right on the beach. It could definitely use a few upgrades: dishwasher, washer and dryer, the closet door was missing which exposed maintenance items and there was not a dust pan to sweep up the sand that was carried in each day. The wi-fi did not work for two days, unfortunately. We are not ones to stay in the room a lot of vacation so it was fine! Couldn't beat the location which is why we stayed here. Thanks!

Wonderful week on Blue Mountain Beach

My family of 6 had a wonderful week at Sunseekers 7. Our condo was clean and very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed room and getting to have "sleepovers" with all their siblings. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the beach was low crowd. The only suggestions for improvement would be the sliding door was very heavy and the adults had to help the kids and we had some trouble with the coffee maker drip spout not dripping fast enough and getting close to overflowing if we didn't slightly lift on the pot to increase the amount that could drip through the spout. Minor inconveniences and a great time was had by all.

Amazing View!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Unit 7. The condo was clean and very roomy. The view was breathtaking, as the water was crystal clear and the sky was as blue as could be. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the water's edge. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, where we saw dolphins playing in the water more than once. Ended our day on the beach with a glass of wine as the glorious sun set into the beautiful ocean. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, there are many great restaurants and lots of fun shopping nearby. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for a relaxing get-a-way for two or bring along another couple or family members to share in the fun and beauty of one of the most beautiful beaches in God's creation. We can't wait to return!

Great view, soft/clean sand, just need better TVs

The water was the clearest we've seen and the beach was the best we've been at as sand was soft and no glass/trash anywhere. Beautiful view from balcony on 3rd floor. Saw dolphins and sting rays. Only request is better TVs in the place for better down time when it rains and at night. Remote didn't work at all in the master bedroom connected to the balcony. Probably $1,000 in new TVs with also DVD players in all rooms would make it more like getting money's worth. Also, master bathroom needs elongated toilet as it is small toilet and most people using that bathroom are going to be adults.
