Definitely recommend

The property was updated and super clean with just steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and activities. A cooler, beach chairs etc were also provided which made the stay that muvh nicer.

so Sorry to say we arrived just in time for the great rain and storm that ruined our staythe unit itself was fine but when you cannot get out of the parking lot for days it is no fun.

We LOVED our stay here!! The unit was beautiful, comfortable bed, & an amazing view! The property was relaxed and well maintained. Everyone we met were a joy to talk to. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Ocean View

Fantastic view of the ocean!!! Meticulously kept resort and grounds. We felt comfortable and safe. Unit has a modern well equipped kitchen with nice appliances and quartz countertops. Well designed living space with quality wooden decor. Nice additions/upgrades to the property would be new bed linens and blankets (cotton), a laundry drying rack, a safe for valuables and beach chairs and an umbrella to use.

The day before our arrival Kihei flooded, governor declared an emergency. Roads were closed, washed out, mud everywhere! We felt it was not safe, services not available. We reached out to property manager but was denied ANY refund for our 3 nights nor offer for days to reschedule. As vistors we did not want to add to the burden of a community digging out and the lack of services. Common sense of customer service and safety would be to refund or at least find alternative days.

Sunrise... sunset...

Very nice and clean property with good sunrise views of West Maui mountain and outstanding sunsets over the south end of Lanai. Close to pickleball courts but that did not bother us. They did not start till 8am. Lot of people walk their dogs at the park which was nice to watch.

Enjoyable Stay

This condo is nicely updated with a convenient location. We drove to the nicer beaches to the south for the afternoons, but you can still enjoy this beach for morning walks and sunsets! Great communication with the management; and check in and out process was easy. The condo was clean and comfortable! The pool is great. We only stayed 4 nights and then stayed in a hotel in West Maui, but we wish we would’ve stayed in a condo the whole time. Washer/Dryer and kitchen is the way to go. It didn’t bother us, but the pickle ball courts are heavily used in the mornings after about 9am and happy hour time so you will hear the constant dinking of the balls during those times while sitting on the lanai.

Lovely ocean view

Very nice place with tasteful design. Beautiful view of the ocean (including whales!) from the deck. Pickleball happening all day right outside your window, so if that bothers you keep that in mind. Also the water was not on when we got there. Called the emergency number and the water came back on. I sent a message through VRBO as they requested but did not get a response. No big deal though because the water was turned back on minutes after calling the emergency number in the folder.

Goodness, where to begin? From the reservation process, through the communication for check out, everything has been top shelf care. We were wowed by the view, and were impressed with the pickleball courts; we did not play, but they were great entertainment. The cleanliness and amenities were spot on, the kitchen was so well stocked. We were enjoying Maui on a budget, so being able to have breakfast, pack lunches for the day, and most dinners at the condo -with the sun setting, no less- the kitchen was a big thumbs up. We had one maintenance request, and they had someone within the morning who took care of it within the hour. Again, the communication was very prompt, and helpful.The bedroom was a good size, with way more storage available than we needed, and the bathroom felt clean, and the towels were good quality. We were able to drive around to different areas from this location. It was also quiet in the evening, which let us stay on our PNW internal clocks It was a welcoming space, and we are very satisfied that we chose to stay there for our Maui so ter getaway. Mahalo

Quiet Stay - Great Location

Even though the property itself was a little dated, the unit was updated and even cleaner than I expected! Very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and hang out. Loved being so close to the pool and the beach!

Fantastic Spot!

Loved this unit! The owners did a nice job on the remodel. Beautiful ocean views, in a great complex. Unit is right next to the pool and pickle ball courts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal. While there was no A/C the sea breeze and the brand new wall fan in the bedroom did a fantastic job cooling the condo for sleeping.

One week in Maui

Fully updated property with everything you will need. It was nice to have quality kitchen equipment. BBQ grills by the pool were perfect for our catch on our fishing trip. While there is no AC, the tradewinds provided aceptable sleeping. We did not spend time in the condo during the middle of the day when it was warm. We are from Florida and can handle a little heat, happy with the lower humidity!

Absolutely stunning views off the balcony. Quiet and lovely complex. Very much so appreciated all the amenities and little touches offered in the unit. The whole team was very helpful and kind.
