Great Family Vacation

We stayed here for 4 nights. Loved that the location was further away from the pier so there was less traffic. Pool was great, the home was great for 2 families and we liked the proximity to beach access station 32. The beds were comfortable and pillows were soft!! 10/10

Great property

Pool with access to a downstairs bathroom was so nice. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the common areas were nice and open.

Family Vacation

There was 7 family members crossing 3 generations vacationing together. It was the perfect place to be. All of us enjoyed the pool and updated deck. Plenty of indoor space so we didn't trip over each other. 2 full bathrooms so we could shower and get ready to go out in a timely fashion . The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could need. Loved having TV's in every bedroom as there was many different opinions on what to watch.The laundry room was very much used and appreciated. This is a great house to vacation in as a family.

Sun and fun for everyone

Perfect place for two families. Weather was great, convenient to the beach and on site pool was a game changer. If I had to suggest something would be to enclose outdoor shower as well as maybe upgrade AC. 95deg plus all week, the single unit struggled to keep up.

Mustang Week 2024

Aftermath was a great place for us! It provided enough room to sleep and park our cars safely. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out with cars. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed it. The neighbor behind us was super friendly and looked out for us as well. We look forward to booking it again. Thank You

Three generations stayed together and there was plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. The pool is a wonderful bonus. We used it every night. The kitchen had everything one could think of with extra service ware and utensils. We loved the fact that is was within walking distance to the Quay and Gulf Stream restaurants. We hope to stay here next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. My only 2 complaints were the roaches which we were told were normal. We killed 4 of them. I was told pest control would come and treat and it was never CJ firmed if they did or not. And the post and pans need an upgrade. The nonstick pans are damaged and the coating ended up in our food.

Our stay at AfterMath

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented AfterMath for the last 3 yrs. This last year was disappointing.Master Bathroom toilet had about 1"of water in it. When flushed, it would regurgitate a big air bubble that would slash toilet seat. The air conditioner broke twice and we lost vacation time staying in rental both times as it was fixed. The biggest disappointment was how filthy the rental was. I don't athink anyone came out the first time except to change linen. The house smelled of bacon grease which could have been eradicated with opening windows when cleaning house. There was a grease layer on kitchen counters. There was leftover food in our dining table. It hadn't been wiped down. The floor hadn't been swept in any of the rooms. There was sand in the showers and sinks of both bathrooms. There was also hair around master baths toilet. I don't think the floors have been mopped all season. There were handprints on most of the windows and mirrors. My grandchildrens feet were BLACK within a hour of taking of their shoes. There was feces on the laundry room floor. Pool had a lot of sand and previous renters toys. After calling on Sunday morning for a re-cleaning, some one came out. Same football and shorts were left under one of the beds and balls were left under another bed Not our things!.I guess they don't clean under things. If I am to be charged for cleaning, then it should be cleaned. I borrowed cleaning supplies and did superficial cleaning myself as I could not stand it being so dirty. Maybe staff needs be retrained. I love this rentals' location and its amenities. The pool is wonderful. I'm just not sure I want to deal with all of this again.

Overall a Great Trip

The rental company was really responsive, nice, and helpful! The location was great and the house was a typical beach house. My complaint was the house overall didn't feel clean: lots of mold in the bathrooms and a lot of the dishes were dirty and/or moldy.

We were already planning our next trip down while on vacation! I wanted to personally call out Levi who checked in on us every day and was available for any and all questions we had. The service he delivered was first class and very much unexpected, we never felt like we were just another weekly rental tenant, just a number, he made us genuinely feel like we were at home and staying at a 5-star resort all week!
