Lovely trip to South Carolina!

The property is very clean and everything was just as described. We had a few minor things that we requested for repair and it was taken care of promptly! I would rent from Bask Away again; they are top notch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I absolutely loved this house. It was clean, the decor was perfect, the beds were comfortable. There was an abundance of cookware/utensils in the kitchen, and it was a short walk to the beach! No need to climb over the dunes. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but I had to contact the property management prior to the trip and they were responsive and helpful.

February visit

We came down to visit our kids who attend Coastal Carolina University. The house was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all. The location is spectacular and we all enjoyed beach walks every morning. The neighborhood is fun, lots of options for food and drinks. The check in and check out procedure was easy. We will definitely use Bask Away again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time staying in Southern Belle. We love the location, and the previous year, we did love the house. This year, was a little different, the patio and deck, definitely need some repairs, my son stepped on a rusty nail and the deck would move several inches downward, when stepped on. After looking at it closer, my husband found that one of the main beams had completely come loose from the post. This being a huge safety issue, we reached out to Bask Away, and have yet to get a response. We also had many spiders and bugs inside the house, which we did not have issues with the previous year. I did reach out to Bask Away, but, never got a response. This is a very nice house, but, definitely needs some TLC.

We enjoyed dining at the local restaurants, which were within walking distance. Going to the pier for ice cream was another treat we enjoyed. It was nice to enjoy the quietness of the Surfside community and have the benefit to enjoy Myrtle Beach which was a short drive. We had the pleasure of renting a golf , which the grandkids loved. This is our second year renting this house and we are already planning our next visit.

Great Waterfront House

Great house on the water with amazing views. Recent updates look great. Home was very clean. Right on the beach with great views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Nice area, quick walk to the pier and a few restaurants. Honestly can’t recommend this house or Surfside enough. Had a great stay.

Exceeded Expectations!

This property is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s even more gorgeous in person and I can’t wait to stay here again. The entire process (from booking to check-in) was easy and the trip was phenomenal; it was just the relaxing vacation we needed. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Getting Away

The house was outstanding. Everything you would want or need. Plenty of room and so easy to make yourself feel at home. I would recommend renting the golf cart, what a treat to drive it to breakfast or dinner at night or treating yourself to some ice cream at the fishing pier.

Southern Belle A True Gem

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean when we arrived. There was everything that a renter could want or need included with the package. My husband, my 2 siblings and their spouses had plenty of room and the full bath with each bedroom was amazing. We would highly recommend this rental property.

Beautiful ocean front

Overall cleanliness was the most important but in this beautiful house there could have been more pillows on the king bed. There were 4 but 2 had the pillow shams and no extra pillow cases. Who knows how often the shams get laundered. Wifi code a little confusing-2 were written down in the house. A suggestion for more containers to store food in would be helpful. Under neath the house was big and open and nicely shaded but not even one seat to sit in to enjoy! Overall it’s a beautiful house and beautiful spot that anyone should enjoy! Bask management was very at-tentative

Heatless on a cold night

Reviewer Comments: View fabulous, beds great dealing with a heating issue for 2 days was not fun and would have been acceptable if the rental company hadn’t already knew there was a problem. I wrote a long review asking for some compensation of course they offered a discount on next trip which to me is like offering desert after a bad meal I always find that insulting . I’m sure this won’t be on the review page and we wouldn’t have ask for anything if they had been honest and told us there was a problem to begin with. Things happen we all have homes and we are older and pretty understanding. Honest is really important to us. The property was in good condition inside with some normal wear from rentals the deck was a little rough with some maintenance needed on the deck surface and the railing. The furniture was great. We love these houses in this complex and have stayed in three of them we love this location but have never used this rental company will we use them again we haven’t decided yet.
