Start your day with an espresso on your balcony, then head to Anatomy Gym to get that workout in before heading to the beach for some sun, sand, and surf. Stroll the Miami Beach Boardwalk or unwind with a lazy lounge day at one of the four on-site pools. Need a break from the sun? Engage in some retail therapy at the premier retail shops along Collins Avenue or take in an art exhibit at The Bass contemporary art museum. The options are endless, and this residence is the perfect launching point for your Miami adventure.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• The 1 Hotel charges a $62.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $225 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

Great Concierge Service

We booked two units as we were 8 and needed more beds to sleep on. The beds are very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed during our stay, plus great concierge service. Everything was a text away, which we found very convenient. We are coming back and this time around we booked one of LRMB's big 3 bedrooms! Highly recommended as it's less expensive than the hotel and you get almost everything included.

Great Stay

This unit was in great shape, and the entire process from check in to check out were easy and convenient. Have access to all hotel amenities except room service which wasn’t a big deal. Would rent from them again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: as I have already mentioned by email, here is my perception of our stay. the property was very clean, well organized, easy to check in and the whole team was very nice with us. You just sinned in the end by sending us a charge for something we hadn't broken, on the contrary, we tried to make the property as clean and organized as possible. we have a 2 year old baby and our concern was that she would break something in the apartment, but we took good care of it, we kept everything so she wouldn't have access. it was frustrating to receive an email that instead of praising the care we had with the apartment, it was an email with a charge for something we didn't do, see that it was not asked if we had broken something, but we were accused of having charged. sad to see the way the company deals with this situation, which will certainly be decisive in the customers' evaluation to decide if they will become customers or not, if they will recommend the company to friends or not. We are very calm and we will definitely stay with you again but you need to be careful how you deal with the customer after the sale, sometimes you can lose a customer who will bring a lot of money to your company because of a detail that must be seen as depreciation of the company, an accounting that must be included in all business planning. thank you very much and see you soon.

Beautiful unit

This was a our second time as a family renting at the 1 hotel and we absolutely love it. The unit was clean and refreshing the property manager communicated very well and made it easy on us. The front desk, pool service, valet, etc... was all on point and professional. We have stayed at the hotel part several times also but renting is our favorite and the way to go. Can’t wait to be back at the 1 again.

We L O V E D staying in the 1 Hotel and Homes. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary and helped us make a dinner reservation. They recommend really good restaurants! We love Miami. We'll plan to come back for our next anniversary!

Amazing apartment in the wonderful "spa-like-zen" 1 hotel

This apartment is as beautiful as the pictures portray. My 2 friends and I were very comfortable here and really felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. It had everything we needed and we spent many an evening on the balcony catching up, listening to music, checking out the ocean views (the unit has a JBL speaker for your device and an iPad - nice touch). There's a Walgreens across from the hotel that we used often for kitchen staples and a wine store across from the residence entrance that we probably visited too often! The little café in the Hotel became our go-to for coffees and breakfast. We took full advantage of the free TELSA, it dropped us off to our destinations every night, it was fabulous to arrive in style! What stood out the most was how friendly everyone we encountered at the Residence and the Hotel were - not overly cheesy-nice, just genuine. It's a testament to how well run this hotel is, I don't think I will want to stay anywhere else. Everyone at Luxury Rentals were also so nice and helpful. We were all trying to hatch plans to come back again. I deducted 1 star because there were 2 issues - not a fault of the residence owner or Luxury Rentals. Upon checking in, we were informed that the roof deck pool and bar/restaurant was going to be closed for the whole week we were there! This was a massive disappointment to me as it was a big selling point for me and I made a big song & dance about this amazing hotel to my friends who flew from Ireland. It would of being nice to have gotten a heads up before we arrived. Secondly, the Hotel had mandated fire drills for 3 of the 5 days we were there - started at 9am and didn't end till early afternoon each day. You just wanted to leave the hotel - it was literally a pain in your ears. I guess we were just unfortunate we had these problems. Next time I will opt not to go in June!

AWESOME Unit! AMAZING hotel!

This was one of the BEST overall hotel/room stays we've ever experienced. The room was top notch, clean, modern, convenient and in one of the BEST hotels on South Beach. EVERY SINGLE PERSON/EMPLOYEE of 1 Hotel that we encountered during our stay showed what true customer service is supposed to be. Noel from Luxury Living and his team were amazing and the nicest people. I would highly recommend Noel as a concierge to anyone who is staying here in the future. The front desk staff (Justin, Precious, etc.) were the BEST we've ever dealt with! Luxury Living made everything easy and comfortable for us pre-check in and during the check-in and check-out. But now, the bad news: I'll NEVER want to stay in another hotel nor use another management company again! I have a trip planned to SoBe in Jan. and if I can afford it (High Season!), I'll be forced to stay here again! :)

Extremely Impressive!!!!!!!!

First of all it starts with the person that accomodated me the stay. Margeaux was excellent. Very thorough person and very professional. The communication was great from start to finish. The hotel itself was wonderful. Awesome views. Great rooftop pool. The room was beautiful. The kitchen is gorgeous and the balcony is like no other. The staff as a whole was very helpful. No problems at all. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Miami.

He's back again.....

Fourth time in 11 months and I started talking to them about booking two new trips before the end of the year. I can't help it. I love South Beach, I love this property, I love the rooms, I love the location and I love the management company. Beautiful facilities, great restaurants with kitchen staff and bar staff willing to deal with my dietary constraints, a great kitchen with everything you need. This is my happy place. I discover great new things each trip. Fantastic farmers market close by on the weekend. Kite boarding school 50 yards up the beach. Mind blowing Wynwood art district a $10 uber ride away. Management company called before my arrival to ask my permission to upgrade me!!!!

Wonderful accommodations!

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend break at this beautiful one bedroom condo at the residences of 1 Hotel. The unit is spacious with amazing views and supplied with everything you need. The 1 Hotel is perfectly located in a quieter part of South Beach with luxuriously appointed lobbies and pools. Service has been excellent. Working with Luxury Rentals Miami Beach has been wonderful from making reservations with Brunno to to the check-in process with Johanna. Everyone has been very helpful. I look forward to renting again from them in the future.

This was a great bargain. Beautiful place. Mint kitchen. Great balcony and view. The hotel property itself is equally impressive. Beautiful pools, nice gym, great rooftop deck/pool/bar, prime location with top restaurants in the immediate vicinity and great food at the property itself with many healthy options. The management company was a pleasure to deal with. Booking, check-in, and departure were a breeze. Would happily rent through this company and would rent this unit again.
