THE SPACE:
• Separate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony.
• 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed
• Spacious 1687 ft² (157 m²) of living space.
• Direct Ocean and Pool view with Eastern exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
