This lovely house is situated in the perfect place in Red River for a little bit of privacy but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of main street. This house has it’s own private entrance to both the first and second floor areas. On the first floor, passing the washer and dryer you enter into a long kitchen with a stop top, two ovens and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a small island area so everyone can still be together while prepping meals. Just past the kitchen is the sitting room with a tv and plenty of seating area for everyone to enjoy. Past the seating area to the left is a hall leading to two of the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. One room has 3 single beds, with two as bunk beds and a third day bed. Back into the sitting room past the dining room table is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a couch. The apartment has its own private entrance on the side of the house that opens into a cozy living space complete with a fireplace, TV and a small kitchen area. It also has a set of butler stairs inside the apartment to go down to the first floor but can be closed for privacy. Unique to the apartment, there is a large jacuzzi tub situated in the living room. Past the tub and up a short set of steps is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features its own fireplace and a mini bar area. The second bedroom features it’s own balcony. This house is great for a unique Red River experience.
