Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed the upstairs deck as well as the mid level deck. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was a little chilly but nice midday.

Casa Las Palmas- Rooftop Loft: Great location near lots of local restaurants, pharmacies, and bakeries. We met the property manager and she was super nice and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around in- just be extra vigilant crossing streets due to the scooters. Just enough amenities for a weekstay- full fridge (extra upstairs), small stove with pans, kitchen w/cups & plates, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. Good water pressure in sink and shower. Loved the option of large pool downstairs or small jacuzzi on rooftop. AC worked great to cool room but fan is loud and squeaks. The AC does not reach the kitchen or bathroom so they stay warm and humid. Bed was comfortable, pillows could be better. Restroom had small closet area, would've liked dresser in room. Internet was spotty and eventually just stopped working- we opted for phone data (Jaime was responsive and apologetic about the wifi). It rained almost ever night and water leaked in through gaps in door so we kept a towel on the floor. Nights can be rough- a window whistles if there's too much wind and neighborhood dogs sometimes bark.

100 percent would stay here again. I recommend a mirror in the kitchen. Just so when the bathroom is being occupied by your significant other you can get ready and not have to wait. Amazing food recommendations. Amazing location.

This place is beautiful. I definitely plan to stay again. The rooftop pool looked bigger than it is but it was still very nice! Bed was extremely comfortable,and house felt very secure. Host was extremely responsive to the few minor issues I had.

Beautiful property

Gorgeous place with everything you need. Loved the outdoor space. Shaded lounge area was lovely and the pool was fantastic after being in the heat.

Jaime is super responsive to requests. The unit is clean and bright. It is in a residential area so a bit of a walk to get places but finding small cabs was easy if needed. The WiFi was a bit spotty which was tricky using Google Maps. Overall it was a very nice stay.

What a perfect place to stay. We were looking for something a bit away from the touristy center of town, and definitely away from the all inclusive resorts, we wanted the REAL Cozumel and we got it. The neighborhood is fine and the apartment was beyond our hopes. We cooked in the kitchen every morning, then ate breakfast on the roof, which is the real secret to this property. We figured we'd want to hang out in the pool at sunset each day and we did but we were surprised how MUCH time we spent up there, breakfast before we headed out for the day, definitely sunset, epic, but also at night we enjoyed hanging out up there star gazing, listening to the sounds of the neighborhood and really soaking up the vibe. There's a public park a block or two away and we enjoyed watching the kids play soccer and pickup basketball every night.

Jamie was a great host, communication was fast and reliable. The place is really cool with the roof top pool and patio. Wifi good.

Paradise away from the hustle

Great little place secluded rooftop views friendly neighbors, great owners helped when we locked ourselves out and very quickly I might add! When I come back to Cozemul I’ll definitely be booking this place again

What a great place to stay in Cozumel. The roof top condo was complete with a comfortable king size bed, stocked kitchen with everything you could need, including drinking water and some spices and oil, new frying pans and many appliances. Bathroom was nice, water was hot, nice closet for storage. Large TV and great Wifi. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Roof top area was great, pool was awesome and nice sunset views. Host was very responsive with any questions or issues.A few ways to improve this condo to be perfect:- More towels for a one week stay- A lounger on the roof top- Hooks or a coat hanger for hanging towels and clothes- More outdoor furniture in the common area

Exactly as described—and honestly even better in person. The private rooftop pool and patio quickly became our favorite place; we spent most of our time up there soaking in the quiet, the views, and just slowing down together. It was exactly the kind of peaceful reset we didn’t even realize how much we needed.From the very beginning, the host was kind and responsive, which made everything feel easy and welcoming before we even arrived. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.One of our favorite unexpected little moments—we got to “babysit” a nest of baby birds on the rooftop while their parents were apparently out for the evening It ended up being one of those small, simple things that made the stay even more memorable.We are so grateful for our time here. It gave us space to rest, reconnect, and just enjoy being together. We would absolutely stay again—thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us

Charming home base for exploring Cozumel

We stayed four nights. Loved the safe quiet neighborhood, rooftop pool, lounges, sunset and sunrise views, the whimsical wall murals, having a kitchen and Netflix. Snorkeled, went birding with Elvis Jimenez, visited the world class museum on the waterfront, and discover 100 Experiences, a delightful culinary exploration of Mexico just next door. Beautiful apartment in Cozumel

Beautiful little apartment in Cozumel. The rooftop pool area has a spectacular view of the skyline. It was special to be in town and meet the locals. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Birds Eye view of Cozumel

We stayed in this incredible studio apartment with private rooftop lounging area and pool. Every morning enjoying coffee relaxing on a very large lounge area equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. Many birds to watch and enjoy. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend renting scooters or a car to get around this beautiful area
