Hola et bienvenue à Cozumel, profitez des couchers de soleil et des repas irréels depuis notre balcon ou pendant que vous prenez un jacuzzi dans le spa privé de notre balcon, cette chambre, cette unité de bain sur la meilleure plage (plage de San Fransisco) et le meilleur complexe de condos ( Residencias Reef) à Cozumel a tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer et plus pour faire de vos vacances un souvenir inoubliable!

Un complexe de condos de faible hauteur privé, sécurisé et sécurisé (quatre bâtiments, trois étages chacun avec environ 80 unités), notre unité # 8220 est au deuxième étage, dans le bâtiment 4. Residencias Reef Condo a la meilleure accessibilité à la plongée sous-marine avec notre embarcadère partagé que tous les opérateurs de plongée viendront vous chercher et un grand réservoir de rinçage pour les engins sur la propriété. La plongée avec tuba est également ici sur notre plage de sable ou tout simplement vous détendre dans l'une des deux piscines chauffées.

L'unité est entièrement équipée, construite en 2007. Nous avons fait un effort supplémentaire pour fournir des meubles et des équipements haut de gamme qui comprennent: un téléviseur intelligent LED 50 '(connectez-vous à votre compte Nexlix) avec son surround, DVD, TV parabolique, vidéos DVD, cuisine complète avec appareils en acier inoxydable, granit comptoirs, armoires en bois, double split AC, ventilateurs de plafond, chambre spacieuse avec nouveau lit king size et ensemble de chambre à coucher, Sony TV, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, beau carrelage partout, salle de bain complète avec dessus en granit, douche, laveuse et sèche-linge à l'unité, appels interurbains américains et canadiens GRATUITS et WI-FI GRATUIT (apportez votre ordinateur portable), un coffre-fort privé pour vos effets personnels. Nous incluons les serviettes de plage, les serviettes en papier, l'eau potable en bouteille de 5 gallons via un distributeur chaud et froid et un service de ménage tous les deux jours (sauf le dimanche).

Nous incluons maintenant notre kayak à coque rigide pour deux personnes du plaisir de l'océan!

Pour un repas sans aller en ville, essayez le restaurant de l'hôtel Aura juste à côté, ou Carlos N Charlie ou Ocean sur la plage à 50 mètres au sud. Un service de repas maison est également disponible dans le condo en option supplémentaire.

Fantastic holiday!

It has been an amazing vacation!First time staying in Mexico, and we are already dreaming of, and planning for when we are going back.The condo is very well equipped, and there was cleaning every second day from very helpful staff. Good communication with Fulvio and owner.

Great stay in paradise!

We had a great stay and the condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The complex was very well maintained, and the location is quiet and tranquil. We went kayaking and the kayak is a very nice amenity, really solid and stable on the water. Carlos and Charlies is a great spot for lunch and drinks, walking distance from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Very nice 1 BR......kitchen very well stocked with all necessary utensils......shower had good strong water pressure.....because the unit had washer & dryer, we were able to travel light for the week.....LuLu visited daily to freshen up the room and Raul was available for any question......in addition to the condo being so nice, the overall property (grounds, pools, beaches, staff) was as nice as advertised.....hope to return to Cozumel soon and would love to find this unit available.....PS, beach towels provided....save the packing space and use theirs.

8220 is a high quality 5 Star condo! We appreciated every extra detail the owners have provided from decor to daily maid service. They even had a Welcome Basket for us! Amazing stay for a couples getaway.

This condo is perfect for a couples get away. My wife and I enjoy cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need In terms of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker worked perfectly. Plenty of water bottles on hand to refill the water dispenser. The bedroom has plenty of closet space for your hanging needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was the perfect temperature overnight. There is even a box fan which was a very welcome touch. The patio has a great view of the beach and pool. The pictures in the listing really don’t do it justice. The beach was nice. We walked to Carlos and Charlie‘s for lunch two of the days we were there. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wish they would change is the 10am checkout time since most flights leave the island later in the day.

Amazing Vacation at an Amazing Condo

My husband and I stayed in Michael's condo from July 11th through July 21st. We had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony and hanging out at one of the two pools (when we were not diving or running into town grab a bit of local fare). The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook us breakfast, lunch and dinner when we wanted. There is 2 large stores on the way out of town as you are headed to the condo. We rented a car since it is located 14 km. outside of town - this was a plus for us as we like be able to get away from the crowds. The bed is comfortable and my husband loved that he was able to watch the "Home Run Derby" thanks to the satelite TV. I appreciated the free calls back to the states to check on the kids and the house. Daisy serviced our room daily (with the exception of Sunday) and did a fantastic job keeping the condo tidy. The condo is exactly as described and we will definetly be back soon. Have a great time!

Just about perfect!!

I really don't know what else to say, but I will. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and immaculate. The property was nicely landscaped, staff were super helpful, pool areas kept ship shape. The beach was nice, some interesting snorkeling to the right. A short walk to the pier where the dive boat picked us up every morning. It could not be have been easier. Fulvio was very helpful, answering any questions about the condo etc. This was a perfect vacation for us (couple late 50's early 60's). Just enough activity on the beach to keep things interesting, but also plenty of places for peaceful reading/snoozing. We did not have a car, but we have visited the island many times so we did not have the urge to tour. We planned our shopping trips around nights that we were going into town for drinks and dinner, so would be using a taxi anyway. We enjoyed this property so much we are hoping to book again for next year!

Exceptional Condo * Beautiful Property

You know that moment when you walk into the place you're renting for the first time? When we walked into Michael's condo at Residencias Reef, we just walked from room to room and smiled. It was lovely and nicer than the photos even! Lovely, cool, quiet and modern. The property itself is immaculate, the two pools are extremely clean and nice and everyone working at Residencias Reef is helpful, professional and nice. As to the area, we snorkeled every day but one. The snorkeling is not great out in front of the property - probably our only disappointment,- but lots of great snorkeling both north and south of the property, including north of the Money Bar and at Punta Sur. Renting a car is definitely a must. Per Michael's suggestion, my husband did a "resort course" dive with Jaime Mezzo and then a "real" dive via boat the next day. The hightlight of the trip for my husband. Jaime is an exceptional teacher and person! We enjoyed meals at both Alberto's and the Money Bar for right-on-the-beach dining. We loved our wonderful anniversary dinner in San Miguel at Casa Mission. We preferred to avoid town, except a few trips to the Mega for groceries as eating simple meals in the condo was a great balance to the wonderful seafood meals we ate out. We always felt safe and the only times we got stressed were when we tried to find specific places in San Miguel. Beware of the one way streets and the crazy people on scooters! We brought our own snorkel equipment as it is nice to throw it in your car and have it available when you are out and about and see a "that looks like a good place to snorkel!" beach and reef. We truly felt like Michael's condo was our "home" for the week as we watched our favorite Showtime shows on TV as well as watched a DVD or two. We would definitely make this condo our home-away-from-home again should we return to Cozumel!

Beach view condo is relaxing!

The condo is very attractive with a pleasing décor in earth colors. It overlooks a mangrove, with the sea, beach and palms beyond, a lovely view. The balcony furniture is comfortable; we had breakfast there each morning. I’m afraid the couch in the living area has seen better days—it’s quite squishy. The bedroom and bath are spacious and my husband and I slept soundly each night (which is not always the case at home). The overall area was generally quiet and peaceful, which we liked. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we did not cook, just had yogurt and granola (from Zermatt’s, the bakery in town—excellent) and fruit, and made sandwiches for lunch. Check out the fresh bolillos in La Mega for a great sandwich roll. We were glad to see coffee filters provided in the condo. One caveat. Don’t try the Jacuzzi unless you’re content with cold water. We decided to use it one coolish evening, forgetting that the hot water tank is very small. It took about 45 minutes to fill the tub; the hot water ran out in about 5 minutes, we’d wait 5-10 minutes and turn it back on for warm, not hot water. We even eventually added some pans full of boiling water heated on the stove. The beach is perfect with lots of palm trees for shade, if you want it, but plenty of sun too. The shallow water is welcome to non-swimmers. Snorkeling we saw a few fish, nothing spectacular but still beautiful and relaxing. The jet skis from the neighboring beaches seemed to congregate right in front of the beach for this property and the constant buzzing got to be a little annoying. I guess that’s part of the beach experience, but an iPod helped. It would have been nice to have beach towels provided; we ended up buying one in town not wanting to use the condo’s bath towels. All in all, we’d return to this condo. Our previous 5 visits to Cozumel were at the Presidente, which is hard to beat. However, staying at a condo was a different experience, and gave us the freedom of meal preparation, plus the spaciousness of the habitation. This is a high-end, well-built residential facility with an excellent, helpful staff.

Peace & Quiet

Everything about the unit was outstanding. Having a full kitchen was nice for morning coffee and breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out for food and could ease our way into the day. Plenty of very good beach bar/restaurants nearby, no need to go into town if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach although rocky but nothing a pair of water shoes couldn’t handle, lots of beach chairs and shade as well. Both pools were terrific with shady areas. We went on a snorkeling excursion and were able to bepicked up on the dock next door which was very convenient. I highly recommend this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautifully decorated high end space.

Perfect week on the beach!

This property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Full kitchen with modern appliances, cold AC in living and bedroom areas, washer/dryer, TV in both rooms, equipment for fun on the beach and ocean views.Maid service was a great touch.All towels, kitchenware, sheets, etc were in like new condition.Building is secured by a front gate with 24hr security and electronic lock on the entry door.Parking right out front was included at no charge.Owners and property manager readily available with any questions or concerns.Staff at the facility was super friendly and helpful.Local breakfast and lunch at Dona Cheley is delicious and only a 5 minute walk from your door.All common areas are super clean and maintained.Other residents/guests were friendly, definitely a laid back vibe and great for a family, not a party atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted.Located on one of the best beaches in Cozumel.Look no further, this is the one to book!!

This property was perfect for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful with a great location. Close and easy to get to ocean excursions through the near by resort. We found everything we needed between two to three stores in San Miguel and some great restaurants. Thank you Michael Preston
