Affectionately nicknamed The Lime House, this designer downtown retreat boasts large fenced front and back yards and 2,500 square feet of professionally updated living space. Highlights include all-new furnishings, a roomy front porch, amazing natural light, and four smart TVs. Indulge your inner chef in two full kitchens or host a leisurely cookout on your sunny deck!
Situated on the forest bike/hike trail, this downtown hideaway is ideal for cyclists, providing easy access to the best of Brevard. Take a leisurely walk to the gorgeous Bracken Preserve and the Brevard Music Center. The Lumber Arts District and downtown shops and eateries are also within a short stroll.
Natural light bathes the living room, appointed with stylish furnishings and a large smart TV. The game room includes a selection of books and board games, while the den is detailed with a newly-serviced Wurlitzer upright piano and 88-Key Electric Piano. Whip up delicious dishes in two full kitchens, one on each level of the home. Both are configured with helpful gadgets, ample cookware, and adjacent dining areas -- perfect for meal-time flexibility.

Three vehicles may park in the driveway. Street parking is not available. There is also off-site parking for additional or recreational vehicles guests may inquire about.This dog-friendly home has two fenced yards, a small pet door, and a bike wash that doubles as a dog wash. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
