Deluxe Downtown Bungalow - fenced in yard, pet friendly.

Welcome to the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Our 1910 Craftsman Bungalow sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms with four beds plus floor mattress and couch in the living room. Enjoy two full baths, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, front porch and rear patio seating, gas grill, fenced in yard and ample parking. It is a short walk to EVERYTHING BREVARD: great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.

This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

Located in the LUMBERYARD ARTS DISTRICT (one of the oldest Brevard neighborhoods), this charming historic home was lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt a leading local architect. Not enough superlatives

I, my husband and my basset hound loved our stay at the red bungalow. It had everything we need and more. We were able to cook all of our dinners in the beautiful kitchen. The location is great for accessing beautiful hiking trails and grabbing a beer at a local brewery afterward. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Brevard Vacation

We came to Brevard to do some clean up to our property. As well as spend time with friends.We brought our 4 legged family. The yard was fully fenced. With a covered front porch. Making it easy to watch the pups.The kitchen and living space were just as pictured. The bed was comfortable. Great experience!

Older home, beautifully remodeled and lovingly cared for. Everything you need for your stay is already there. If it’s not, you probably don’t need it. The best of downtown Brevard is within walking distance. Loved it.

Wonderful place

We had a great time again at the Red Bungalow. It is so comfortable and convenient to the Brevard area. Gareth was a great host and always makes it so easy and communicates well. This is our second time at the house and we have already booked it for October. It is our favorite booking.

Perfect Rental in a Perfect Location

Great family getaway

We loved this adorable Red Bungalow! Super cute and spacious for our family of 5. We stayed here 8 days while our oldest was at summer camp in Brevard. Fenced in yard was great! We walked to breakfast at Morning Social most mornings. We highly recommend!

Father's Day weekend get away

From the beginning of the booking throughout our stay and until the end was absolutely perfect. One of our best VRBO experiences. Communication was great between Gareth and us, the house was beautiful, perfect for us (and our sweet old pup) and in a GREAT location. We will be back for sure! I have 2 other homes in Brevard that I rent. My goal is to make these houses truly unique and to provide my guests with a very special experience while visiting my favorite place on earth. This house is a fully remodeled historic bungalow built in the early 1900's and brought back to life in 2009 as part of a restoration project lead by a renowned local architect. It is downtown but has a secluded feel due to the extensive landscaping and fenced in yard.
