This House Is Spacious And Will Accommodate Multiple Families. The Multilevel Home Has Three Rooms Upstairs, And Two Bedrooms Downstairs. One room having Two Bunkbeds And A Queen Bed, With A Large Tv Which Makes A Great Sleeper For The Kids Downstairs. The Backyard Is Fenced In And This House Is Located In A Cul-de-sac.

Big House in Good Location

House sleeps several people. Location was great and good value for the money. Kitchen and laundry were good. Cleanliness was okay. There were some strange smells. Linens could be upgraded. Not enough towels and supplies like TP, etc. Light bulbs burnt out everywhere. No check in or check out info was sent until I requested several times on day of check in, but host was very nice when he did communicate.

Absolutely no contact by host

Had no contact from host. Nothing, did not mesage did not pick up phone. House was short on dish soap, yard un kept, hole in sealing in wash room. No info at the house,( like a piece of paper) For check out, internet access, who to call, etc.

Great place to stay in Boise, but…

The house was great. Could tell it had been recently updated but definitely showing its age in a few places. The aging A/C unit couldn’t keep up with the heat and happened to die on us halfway through our stay. The host was able to get a repairman out the next afternoon but they were unable to revive it. They came back a couple hours later with 2 portable units which definitely helped to take the edge off but did not cool the house sufficiently as the central A/C had done for the first half. Also, don’t make any meals which require cups or bowls as there is only 4-5 of each which wouldn’t be a problem except the house is advertised as sleeps 15 and we were a group of 9

Relaxing Stay

We did have to provide our own dish soap and there was some mold on the ceiling in the bedroom downstairs and in the living room. There were barely enough cups and bowls so it would have been nice to have more especially for larger groups. Dining chairs were fine but seemed a little wobbly like they might break. Other than those minimal things, it was a very nice stay. The beds were very nice and we had enough blankets and towels. It was nice that there was an extra chair in the garage to seat enough people at the table. Fridge and bathrooms were very clean which was appreciated and plenty of ice in the freezer. Overall the space was very accommodating and it was nice to have the seating on the back porch to enjoy the weather.

Large house close to everything.

Like the description says, this place is five minutes from basically everywhere, but all you really know is your are three blocks from Big Bun, the best burger joint in Boise. Also, the patio is fabulous. The yard? Delightful. I will be back to Boise, and I will absolutely be renting this place again if I bring another large group.

Great house for large group

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving to be with family and friends in the area. House had plenty of bedrooms and beds. Kitchen area and living room also had enough space for our group, although we did have to be a little creative with seating. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog. (Outdoor patio would have been great if the weather was warmer.) House was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

Great location, right next to a park as well. Lots of room for everybody. There were some cosmetic/mechanical issues, but nothing that influenced our stay. Had a great weekend!

Decent place to stay.

The house was big and roomy but there were many stains in the carpet and couches. The towels are old and need to be replaced and I'd recommend getting new bedding. The bolts in the bunk beds were loose and we needed to tighten them before we felt our kids would be safe sleeping in them. It just needs some TLC and it can become a better place.

Amazing house for a big group

This house was perfect for a big group of veterans getting together to help prevent veteran suicide using humor and camaraderie! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the multiple room for 8 adults. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Spacious property close to town

I loved almost everything about this place from the large laundry room to the kitchen, the back yard, and the office space near the bedroom. It was a wonderful place to stay and close to town. The only thing I didn't love was that the back door out to the backyard did not seem to lock securely no matter what we did, it seems like it would have taken just a push for someone to get inside, and that was a bit concerning. Overall it was a great stay and a great experience, thank you!

Looked very lived-in.

Quiet neighborhood, good location. We had full access to the entire house, upstairs and downstairs. However, it looked like someone had been living there right before I checked in. There was old food in the fridge, a Febreze bottle thrown in the grass, lots of personal items everywhere, and clothes being washed in the washer and dryer. There was also no cleaning list or checking out duties, so I wasn’t sure what to do to check out.
