Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home with 2 bathrooms. Carpeted bedrooms. Laminated tile. If you are thinking about checking the area out with the thought of possibly moving here (many people are!) contact us regarding some specials that we offer. Everything you need for a great stay! Just bring your clothes, toiletries and food, park your car(s) in the garage and enjoy your visit. As a bonus, there is a basketball court very close and a private gate to the neighborhood park that backs up to the property.

This property is in great condition! It is clean, organized, well provisioned with a great assortment of kitchen utensils and dishes, and has an abundance of linens in excellent condition. All of the appliances we used worked.The location is close to a park with playground structures.Host JoAnne was quick to respond to any of our requests and comments.I would definitely stay again.

Family time

I came to Boise to spend time with my grandchildren. This property was perfect for us. It was close to shopping and restaurants. It had a park for the kids to play in. I would recommend this property!

Excellent for families

Great location: quiet, safe to walk, with a pleasant park area behind the back fence. You can reach many retailers with a short drive or pleasant walk.The home itself has a well stocked kitchen, pleasant common area with seating for more people than usual, and bedrooms to accommodate adults and children. The yard is well kept. Access to the garage for parking is much appreciated.

Definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Hosts were available and friendly but not intrusive at all. Parents and children all had a great time, community park was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend! Cute and comfortable home in a convenient location.

Thank you so much JoAnn and Danny for hosting our family while our wood floors are getting sanded/re-stained. The house is very homey and it has all the essentials included, including small appliances such as an air fryer. Both hosts allowed us to check in a few hours early and they were very flexible, accommodating, and understanding when we left an item at the home. The location is also very convenient, quiet, and safe! The listing was also very reasonably priced and clean. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this place for families and friends needing a place in West Boise/Meridian.

Awesome for family, friends, and dogs!!

Very clean house with an awesome host!!! Cozy blankets everywhere and great for dogs because of the nice big backyard and huge park accessed through the back fence. They even had a basketball court next door!! It was awesome!!!

Perfect house for our family Christmas!

This was a perfect location for our family Christmas! The back yard was perfect for the dogs and it has a nice walking area in the neighborhood. It worked out great as we hosted Christy dinner, and with a card table, had plenty of room for all 11 of us! The kitchen had everything we needed, and more! Thank you JoAnn! We had a beautiful stay!

Very accommodating

We are a family of two adult siblings and two senior parents. We also have five small dogs that are cherish just like our own children. This house was very clean & welcoming! There was enough seating for all of us & plenty of sleep space! All accommodations were met from living room entertainment, to kitchen supplies, to bathroom & shower supplies! We recommend any family to book this house! Even with your fur babies!

Arrived and found a great, clean home. Only hiccup was the door code to enter the property but solved with quick call to the property manager. Felt like home away from home for the few days we were house hunting in the Eagle area. Would certainly stay here again!

Plenty of space for us and pups

Two couples and two doggos stayed here. Loved the access to the park for walks. House is well situated for either end of the valley activities. Hosts were great, responsive when we needed it and even had an office so we could do work comfortably while on the road.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying here with family while in town for a celebration. There was enough room for our 5 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. We enjoyed the backyard access to the park and the convenient location of the property. The owners were close by and able to help out with a situation that arose in a timely fashion.

Great home and location

My husband and I stayed at the house for 10 days while looking for a home in Idaho. It was exactly what we were looking for, warm and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a nice size with plenty of outdoor seating and a bbq that we used a few times. Joanne and Danny were very responsive. The location couldn't have been better, its very close the The Village in Meridian, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants etc. If we weren't moving to Idaho, we would most definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Perfect Location from BSU, Shops, and Restaurants!

Ideal location (just on the edge of Meridian) and home for a party of 2 couples, one adult, and one teen while we celebrated a recent BSU graduate. The home is just blocks or miles from major grocery stores, restaurants, and dining options. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and didn't have any issues while staying there. The home is tastefully decorated and comfy for our family.

JoAnn and Danny moved to Boise in 2016. We decided to expand our Short Term Rental Venture when we came across this house so close to the community park. We live 2 miles away and are able to address any needs you may have during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Boise Area is beautiful and the weather is mild. It is a good ski area in the winter and has a very nice river walk (Boise River Greenbelt access 2.8 mi. on Eagle Rd.) as well. The Boise Area also boasts Live Theater, Museums, Zoo and Botanical Garden.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Community Park is accessible through the back yard gate. The Village Shopping Center is less than 5 minutes by car or a nice stroll in about 10 minutes. There are so many restaurants on Eagle Road that you are sure to find what you're hungry for.
