Dear Crystal, Home is where the heart is. I believe everyone should love their stay. And that's the standard I've set for my property. Unfortunately, sometimes things aren't a great fit. It was Lady bug season in the smokies and you will find lady bugs in any cabin in east Tennessee as they are trying to find any warm places to to get into and there is no way to prevent from this happening. Note that we have monthly pest control to upkeep with the property. The cabin is in the mountains and we clean after every guest checksout. The situation with the beds were addressed after your checkout.

I've noticed you've experienced a consistent pattern of dissatisfaction with your stay. We would like to address several points raised in your review. 1. Toilet paper (Its a routine to place 2 toilet paper per bathroom - We have before and after pics which showed 2 toilet paper per bathroom, part of reason why we take pictures to make sure the property is cleaned and maintained to a high standards) 2. The property photos are periodically reviewed and are intended to accurately represent the home. While furnishings may occasionally be updated or replaced due to normal wear and tear, the home continues to provide the same sleeping accommodations and amenities as advertised. 3. When you contacted us regarding the outlet covers, additional supplies, and other concerns, our team responded promptly and visited the property to address the issues brought to our attention. We made every effort to resolve concerns during your stay so that your vacation could continue with minimal disruption. 4. Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected between guests. While we regret that you found certain items unsatisfactory, many of the issues mentioned were not previously reported by other guests. Nonetheless, we take all feedback seriously and will review these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We value all guest feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable vacation experience for future visitors.
