The large centerpiece hand cut staircase leads to a smaller living space with second tv and sound bar-great spot to stash kids with their games. Upstairs master has a walk-in tile shower with seat, w/d ...The outdoor deck is large, and even has a lift-pully system to help with groceries or to entertain kids! Beds were comfortable. Some of the furnishings are dated, but value for money this a pretty good deal. The owner is responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Kitchen could have more items like measuring cups, sharper knives, etc. towels were good, and having a full size washer is awesome. A previous review stated to rent from Snow Blaze, and this turned out to be a great tip. We had a blast. If you are looking for spacious, close, value, then this is probably for you.

Sorry you couldn’t find measuring cups as there are two sets in drawers! All the furniture is less than two years old-we haven’t owned it much longer than that and fully remodeled.

Christmas Vacation
The host was amazing to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware that this beautiful property is on the 3rd floor. If you are in shape this condo is within walking distance to the slopes. We were able to sleep 6 comfortably.

Cozy Condo, quick walk to slopes
We stayed with our 2 kids and had a good family stay. It is on the 3rd floor, but that didn't bother us. We had the perfect amount of space my kids could watch TV upstairs while we watched downstairs when we wanted down time after our busy day on slopes! The condo is stocked if you forget shampoo etc. and there is a washer/dryer. It is walking distance to several restaurants and the slopes. If you rent skis from Snow Blaze you can store them there and don't have to carry with you.

I just got home and checked my email. We left yesterday morning at about 8am so we did not know to put the dirty linen in a pile or to text when we left. You didn't give a phone number to text anyway.
FYI, as soon as we arrived, we found some real issues with the unit.
1) Extremely important! It should state in the listing that it is a third floor walk-up. We are four senior women and those stairs were VERY difficult for us.
2) The furniture situation was unacceptable. The den couch was broken and uncomfortable. Those weird little fold out chairs were also broken and uncomfortable. There were no chairs or anything in the bedrooms on which to sit or put suitcases. That tiny, tall table in the dining area (which barely sat four) was awful and the barstools were wobbly and unsafe. Where are people supposed to sit and eat? Not everybody in the world is tall!
3) It is advertised to sleep 12. We couldn't figure out where that would be. Good thing there were only four of us.
4) The kitchen is so tiny that one cannot stand at the sink and open the dishwasher, which incidentally, was not installed correctly and looks as if it was about to come out of the cabinet.
5) The closet door in the downstairs master bedroom was broken as well as was one of the bedside tables.
6) The outside of the building and parking area were just shabby looking.
7) Two of us are retired home builders so we feel qualified to say that whoever you hired to do your remodel needs to find another line of work. The quality was so bad that it was almost comical. We seriously hope you didn't pay very much.
We are happy to say that the unit was clean.

These are the first people (and this includes people whose dog chewed the wall) that I would never rent to again. When they left I called Vrbo directly and asked to have them banned from all of our properties. They broke many things and wanted to get out of blame by complaining. Between each renter we take photos and none of the mentioned items was broken before these renters.
We had to order new furniture.They couldn’t bring themselves to read the instructions on the fridge on how to unfold them- or to realize the twin bed is a trundle and pull it out! They didn’t read our full Vrbo listing which states several times this is a top floor and third floor—top floor by its nature can’t be a bottom floor! Also they complain I didn’t provide a phone number which first i they don’t need to send me a message by Vrbo- second it lists it in Vrbo and third is in the hand written card I leave for every renter. If they were home builders as senior women I would applaud them for as a 60 year old woman myself I know it would have been nearly impossible to be in construction as a female in my generation let alone one before that- we were relegated to side jobs not actual builders even in my generation. Furthermore , as this is a home and we have tall people in our family and note in our listing that the shower heads are higher for tall people who are often forgotten even in our push today to be inclusive. Our need for a taller table is personal and I am sorry that they could not find it in themselves to sit at the bar with the shorter stools or on the beautiful outdoor set with six chairs and two tables. Furthermore there are two queen beds and two twin beds- that is sleeping for six. There are two fold down couches (futons) and two fold down chairs. Which even with four beds four the four women- they folded down and slept on? I believe they made up the couch to sleep on because they broke it so it wouldn’t go up and they wanted to cover their tracks. These are the people who make me never want to let strangers in my house again. They don’t communicate or ask questions which could handle half of their complaints purely from lack of knowledge. Finally, this is a 1400 sq ft 3/3 with two living spaces - we think our kitchen is perfect size and as few condos up here have dishwashers we are lucky to have that and the rare washer dryer which are also not common for the area. Do not rent to these people.

My parents, best friend, and I stayed for the night and had the best time cooking together, sitting out by the fire pit. Best part is it’s dog friendly. Beautifully remodeled. The host was very communicative and let us check in early and leave late! Would definitely stay here again!
