Oui, vous ĂȘtes au Pays des enchantements et lorsque vous sĂ©journez dans ce condo avec sa belle vue sur la nature depuis un "patio panoramique", vous trouverez facilement accĂšs au ski, au vĂ©lo, Ă  la randonnĂ©e, aux sports nautiques, au golf et au tennis. Restaurants. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les nouveaux appareils et il y a de nouveaux tapis / carreaux partout. Plusieurs nouveaux lits pourront accueillir confortablement 10 quĂȘtes avec suffisamment d'espace pour les sacs de couchage si nĂ©cessaire. Il y a un garage 1 voiture avec amplement d'espace pour le stockage en toute sĂ©curitĂ© des bicyclettes et autres Ă©quipements sportifs. Au niveau infĂ©rieur, il y a une salle de sauna Ă  vapeur et 3 salles de bain complĂštes / douches sont situĂ©es par le MBR, le niveau de la cuisine entre le loft et LR, et par le niveau infĂ©rieur BR. Une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois tient une place apaisante dans le LR. Il y a 4 nouveaux grands tĂ©lĂ©viseurs avec Wifi / DVD / TV par cĂąble. Pour les grands partis (au moins 20 personnes), vous pouvez louer ce condo et c'est un partenaire identique (Ă  proximitĂ© les uns des autres). Une bonne affaire par personne! Pourquoi fourrer dans un endroit plus petit quand vous pouvez vous amuser dans le confort? Demander au propriĂ©taire sur les animaux de compagnie.

The location is great, but be prepared to drive or walk lots of steps to the slopes. The shuttle would not drop off at the road for the condo. You would still have to walk a good ways uphill to get there. We just had one of us go drop everyone off and go back to pick them up. There are LOTS of stairs to get to and from the slopes. We did it several times. The condo was great. Lots of stairs and we had to barricade for the one year old but we made it work. Plenty of room, nice beds, comfortable and the host was very gracious and helpful. Unfortunately, Angel Fire didn’t have a lot of snow but we still had a good time. The only issue we encountered, which was of no fault to the host, the previous renters apparently brought a dog into the condo without permission. My husband was extremely allergic and he was sick the entire week because of it and didn’t get to ski as much with our kids. We even tried vacuuming the couches to get the hair and dander out. So, if you are renting, please adhere to the rules!! As I said, the host had no idea about the dog until we found evidence it had been there. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as you are in good shape and willing to climb stairs. My three year old granddaughter loved it!

Great location!

This was our first trip to Angel Fire and we had a great time! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed included fresh clean towels, a crockpot, games for the kids and so much more! We even had a family of deer come down from out of the woods across the street to the front door! The trek back from the lifts was a bit much with kids so we drove with our gear but made the walk back and forth for lunches. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect Getaway

Such a unique and special property. We loved how close we were to the mountain and that we had our own personal sauna to come home too!!! Will definitely be booking again!

Property manager/owner was unhelpful during both issue during my stay. Overall stay is about 4 of 5 due to long way to slops (not acceptable for kids for 100%). Some improvements must be done on cleaning, climate control and ventilation.

Goid location for skiing

It was good experience to stay there. It was clean, enough space, and good location for my friends and teenagers. It might not good for older age and younger kid because of many stars. Overall we all enjoyed there.

Great Mountain Place

We didn't realize how many levels this home has and were a little concerned then we checked in. It ended up not being a big deal and we all enjoyed the multiple spaces available. All amenities were thoughtfully prepared and there was a delightful abundance! The deck was a nice place to relax and the location is ideal for convenience and a sense of being away from lots of activity.

Great ski spot

We came to ski with 4 adults and 4 boys 9-14yo. Plenty of sleeping room. We appreciated the kitchen, garage, washer/dryer, water pressure, plenty of towels. It’s walkable to the slopes - but lots of stairs and an uphill return home, so we either drove our equipment, or used the lockers at the base. The decorator in me would love to update the place, but we’ve found that’s typical for Angel Fire, and the place is comfortable. The owner was super communicative and helpful! Would recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

There were 7 of us who stayed - aged 5, 15, 18, and 4 adults. This property was perfect! The different floors in the condo made it so we could space out and have privacy, but the living areas were large enough to accommodate us hanging out together. Property is exactly as described; and it is clean and has everything you need. The sauna was a hit with the skiers. This condo would be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues, as there are lots of steps (and 6 different levels). The walk to/from the skiing area is strenuous if you're in ski gear, but it is doable. The teenagers had no trouble with it; the adults struggled a little (had to take it slow and catch our breath - the altitude is real!). But the location is fantastic, the condo is wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice home in the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The condo is in the perfect location! You can walk to the lifts if you have good cardio endurance as there are a lot of stairs to get down there. We chose to do the quick drive down to the lifts everyday. The garage was nice to have to store all of our stuff and gear everyday. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything. Comfortable linens and nice furniture! . The master king bed wasn’t comfortable to us but the queen bed in that room was better. The sauna was a fun touch and a nice place to warm up at the end of the day. Lots of stairs/levels to the condo so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. It wasn’t a problem for us and it worked out our sore muscles from skiing. We enjoyed eating at the condo every night and playing cards. Beautiful views out the balcony!! Thank you for letting us stay in your awesome condo!

Great Condo, Great Location

The place was perfect for our group! We've stayed before and will stay again. The condo is a great location for hitting up the Angel Fire Bike Park. Can just ride down to the lifts. The garage is perfect for storing & working on the bikes. And so much room that everyone was comfortable. Patty is great to communicate with so booking the condo is always easy!

Our trip

The condo is very nicely decorated. Lots of stairs. Would not recommend for an elderly person or someone who has leg issues. We did not feel this was walking distance to the ski area.

Awesome Place, as far as I can tell the best in AF (price vs value)

As good as it gets. you can walk to the Lifts. the water is always hot, the place is very well decorated, with perfect balance so that it looks nice and cozy, but not so new and elegant that you are afraid for the kids to touch anything. 2nd time we stay at Patty's property and each time we enjoyed it quite a bit. the nonpositive things but not relevant would be that the dish satellite provided does not have ESPN (good to have during new Year's for college bowls) and that it takes some time (car ride) to throw the garbage out. The extra good is the equipment such as small stands and snow management tools that helped us to pack our vehicles on time. We really wanted to schedule next year in one of Patty's properties but those were already gone for next new year's.

Fabulous in a great location

Stayed for a family and friends Christmas vacation. The property met our expectations. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The property is as described. The location is phenomenal. I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Angel Fire in the winter or summer.

This is a great condo with a fantastic view of the Sangre de Cristo Mtns. Morning Coffee on the deck surrounded by hummingbirds and with the Mountain View is amazing.

Fantastic location

Great property at a fantastic location to the chair lift. A huge plus was the garage for storing bikes. Property owners were friendly and helpful. Definitely a return trip coming .

Great stay

Really loved the wool sheets, proximity to the lift, balcony view, and the sauna was nice. Although, we were unsure if we understood the thermostats correctly and the front door does not lock unless you pull the door while it locks. We didn't realize this until the last night. These are just notes, but it was a great place to stay overall!

We have worked in North Texas since 1994. This is our 2nd condo in the LIFT COMPLEX in Angel Fire, NM. Both condos are essentially identical, however, this one, H3, has a Steam Sauna. It is always such a pleasure to hear about the good times enjoyed by the many visitors to our Mountain Condos with their numerous amenities! We were flatlanders in Nebraska, but we love the Northern New Mexico mountains near Santa Fe, Taos and Red River.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There are basically no "crowds" of people on the lifts, in the restaurants, lakes, streams, golf courses and various other venues. These mountain condos are "homey" and comfortable and are surrounded by an enchanting blue sky with spectacular sunsets/sunrises and Mt Wheeler/Rocky Mountains, as the backdrop!!!!

This is "home away from home" for us and hope you find it the same! We will make sure you are well taken care of before, during and after your stay and hope you will visit many times!!
