Total Renovation 300' from Chili Express

This condo was renovated from top to bottom the summer of 2023. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom all furniture, appliances, kitchenware and textiles.

The condo is 300' from the Chili Express lift and there is a shuttle that picks you up right outside during ski season. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We can only accommodate 7 renters.

Covered parking garage and an elevator are two major amenities that are rare in Angel Fire. The laundry rooms were renovated last year with new washer & dryer unit on each floor and there is an app to pay and will also let you know when your laundry is finished.

The living room has a large "L shaped" sectional that is big enough to sleep two children with one on each section. There is no sleeper sofa. This condo is perfect for a family of 5-6. There is a large TV over the electric fireplace so you never need to purchase firewood and can have a fire throughout your stay. Enjoy our free WIFI and the TV is set up with DISH Network. You are also able to sit outside and watch people walk by on either one of the two the balconies. This complex is pet free. So, please no pets.

The kitchen is newly renovated with granite, all new appliances, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a dining room that seats 5 comfortably and three at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The master has a king bed with a second electric fireplace and TV. It also boasts a private bath with walk in shower. The second balcony is off of the master bedroom for breakfast or coffee.

The second bedroom has two double bunk beds and a trundle. Perfect for a family.

There is a ski locker across from the elevator on the entry floor and a bike storage room in the garage that is secure and accessible with a key.

There are so many things to do in Angel Fire year round. During the summer, It is one of the best locations for mountain biking in the US with music festivals, balloon festival, hiking, horseback riding, all types of fishing and with a short drive, you are able to go river rafting, visit the Rio Grande Gorge as well as casinos and vineyards. Winter sports include, skiing, snowboarding, sledding and you are a day trip from Taos Ski Valley and Red River ski areas.
