The house comes with five sleeping areas, including a large bunk room for kids that can serve as a sleeping and play area. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream with space to cook and entertain with one-of-a kind stunning granite mountain backsplash. The house is outfitted with kids' dart board, bikes, sleds, tennis rackets, outdoor horseshoe pit, foosball table, games and more. Centrally located close to everything at Black Butte, with the main Glaze Meadows pool and exercise facility a short walk away. There's a large common space behind the house providing tranquil space to relax or for kids to play.

About the Ranch:
Relax on the front porch or in an Adirondack chair on one of the three back decks taking in the serenity of the Ponderosa forest and serene surroundings of Black Butte Ranch. The Ranch is a unique resort nestled in a Ponderosa pine, fir, and aspen forest and is surrounded by seven snowcapped, majestic Cascade mountain peaks. It is tranquil and non-commercialized, yet offers a full spectrum of resort amenities.

This gated community has 2 championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 23 plexi-paved tennis courts, 18 miles of bike/walking trails, canoeing, cross country skiing, catch and release fly fishing, guided horseback riding, volleyball courts, basketball hoops and soccer and softball fields. The recreation department offers activities for all ages and will happily assist with information about recreation available in Central Oregon. Mt Bachelor and HooDoo ski areas, numerous lakes, rivers, hiking trails, rock climbing and wilderness areas, and snowmobile parks are an easy drive from Black Butte Ranch. The Ranch also has spa services available on the premises.
