À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison unique sur un seul niveau, située dans le quartier de Glaze Meadow à Black Butte Ranch, est un refuge parfait pour les adultes et les familles. Le 2700 SQ. FT. la maison a été rénovée en 2016 et comprend une suite parentale, 2 autres grandes chambres et une chambre avec lits superposés, 3 salles de bains et une cuisine. Dotée d'une cheminée en pierre (gaz), de hauts plafonds et de puits de lumière, cette maison à aire ouverte offre des espaces confortables pour tout type d'évasion et est parfaite pour recevoir.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles et verrerie pour accueillir un grand groupe. Et vous pouvez laisser vos glacières à la maison car il y a deux réfrigérateurs supplémentaires dans le garage pour stocker toute la nourriture et les boissons dont vous avez besoin.

Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées avec des lits King size dans la chambre principale et une autre, une troisième chambre avec un lit Queen size et la chambre avec lits superposés comprenant trois ensembles de lits superposés (5 lits jumeaux et 1 lit double).

À l’extérieur, vous profiterez de deux espaces de patio comprenant un patio privé avec foyer en granit et bain à remous et un second patio comprenant un barbecue au propane, une table et des chaises pour créer l’espace idéal pour les repas.

Nous sommes les nouveaux propriétaires de la maison, mais les propriétaires précédents avaient d'excellentes critiques sur VRBO et nous avons l'intention de suivre leurs traces pour offrir une expérience très favorable à nos locataires.

Holiday gathering

We had a great time staying here with 3 families. Room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved having bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a fantastic time.

Excellent for families

Our family of nine including 4 kids from 3 to 9, one well-behaved dog and one equally behaved grandmother thoroughly enjoyed this house. Excellent location and well equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely stay again!

2nd Stay-Still Outstanding!

This was our second year in a row to stay in this house and it did not disappoint! It remains one of the best VRBO homes we have ever rented. It's located in a quiet area of Black Butte Ranch, with easy bike, walking or car access to the Glaze Meadow pool and recreation area. It's cleanliness, comfort and owner communication are top notch-highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean and well maintained!

We absolutely loved our stay for our family Christmas... with snow on Christmas morning as icing on the cake! The home is well maintained, furnished and stocked! Owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Will be back for sure.

Perfect week at BBR

Our family spent a little over a week enjoying Black Butte Ranch and this very nice and well-equipped home. The property was as described and the owner’s communication and assistance was excellent. Very thankful for the opportunity to spend our family vacation here. Looking forward to the next trip to the ranch!

Perfect for large groups!

This house was perfect for our 3 families! Each couple had their own bedroom, while all the kids shared the bunk bed room! The house is well equipped in all roooms!

Immaculate, well-appointed rental with great location!

We have stayed at the Ranch for years in different properties and this one is something special. It does not have the mis-mashed feel of a long term rental. It was extremely clean upon check-in and was as described in the listing. The house has everything you can think of for cooking and entertaining the troops. The location is a good one and an easy ride for all ages to the main pool and rec area. I would highly recommend this rental. It rents at a higher price point for a reason! Thank you for a great trip!

Black Butte Perfection!

Our family loved every minute at this lovely well appointed home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from utensils to appliances. They even had spices and containers of sugar and flour. The 3 king beds were great and there is a very lovely large dining room table. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill and using the hot tub which was pristine. Tom and Christine answered any questions we had very quickly. The house is laid out so that the bedrooms enjoy a lot of privacy. It is perfect for a large family or friends. We hope to return next summer!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Setting

This home was amazing! Not often does a rental property live up to the hype, but this one definitely did! The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms all had double vanities, and the kitchen was open and stocked with cookware and utensils that were in excellent condition. The large dining room table was perfect for our group, including when we had family from other houses come over for a dinner meal. The hot tub was a huge plus and very much enjoyed! To top all of this off, Tom and Christine were very attentive: checking in with us day of check in, mid-stay, and day of check out. Their instructions were very detailed and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again on future visits to Black Butte Ranch!

Property layout is great. Upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, & hot tub are amazing.

We were disappointed with the lack of pool towels as we went to the pool everyday and had to purchase them. The furniture in the main seemed worn and needs updating. The outdoor couch cushions lacked covers so when it rained we had to wait a couple of days for them to dry out before using the space with the fire pit. Overall it’s a lovely home, that can accommodate multiple families with kids of all ages. The single level is rare and the hot tub is great!

We loved it

Chris and Tom were easy to work with, the home has an industrial heavy timber vibe that we LOVED since my husband is a heavy timber engineer, the hot tub was a hit with the kids since the pools had limited capacity with COVID, and there was plenty of room for three couples and two kids to gather or spread out for the week. The kitchen/dining/living space worked so well to gather our extended family. And at the end of the day, all three couples had large bedrooms with king size beds in which to retreat. The kids loved the bunk room with its own TV and plenty of room for toys and books. We had a soul-filling week together during these challenging days. Black Butte Ranch is lovely with many options for outdoor activity and this home is a terrific home base!

Quiet, convenient space for suitable for multiple families

There were 11 of us (three families), and the space was perfect. The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice. We loved that the bedrooms are spread out allowing for privacy. Lots of little touches made us feel well cared for (oatmeal soap and lotion in the bathrooms for after days at the pool, headlamps for going out after dark). We loved the different seating areas outside -- the front deck for dining and stargazing, the table by the garage for watching the kids play, and the firepit and hot tub for adult after dinner conversation. The mudroom is so convenient for collecting all the shoes and jackets. It really helped keep us organized. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need plus luxury touches. A previous reviewer commented on the furniture needing replacement, but we didn't find that to be the case. Yes, there's a little wear, but the couch and club chair were really comfortable. It's obvious the owners are putting a great deal of care into upgrading the house. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. There are still a few things that aren't perfect (like the front deck needs refinishing--so wear shoes out there), but given the great condition of the rest of the house, I'm guessing that's on the owner's to-do list. Communication with the owners was a top-notch. They reached out to us to make sure things were ok when we arrived, and helped troubleshoot little issues like logging into the television and figuring out an issue with the hot tub. I really appreciated that they were so communicative without being intrusive. All in all, this house has it all.

Perfect for multiple young families!

We had a great time staying here! Was perfect for three couples all with small children. The kids enjoyed sleeping together in the large bunk room. Loved that the other rooms all had comfy king beds. The only negative is that two of the rooms got super hot at night while the other two were really cold. Overall, the house was so well equipped and we loved the large dining table that seated us all. Other great features were the hot tub and large mud room. Be mindful to bring your own pool towels as they are not provided at the pool and the host asks you to leave all towels at the house. Would definitely stay here again while enjoying BBR!

This house is well kept and works great for multiple families- and a dog! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, was clean, had great supplies, and the owner is great at responding to any issues. Overall great stay.

We are from Seattle, Washington and have enjoyed summer vacations at Black Butte Ranch with a combination of family and friends for the past 30 years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We rented this home shortly after it was remodeled in 2016 and loved the house. While on vacation in 2019 we saw that it was newly on the market. We are so excited to share our home with others and hope you love it as much as we do.
