Welcome to the "Front Row," our delightful 2-story lakefront retreat. Ideal for families and groups, this sanctuary features a blend of luxury and nature. Enjoy cozy fires, fun game nights, and tranquil outdoor moments. A spa, a lagoon-style pool, a fire pit, and a boat dock to tie up your boat. Our well-equipped home promises a memorable stay, complete with hi-tech comforts and thoughtful amenities for all. It’s perfectly situated for winery tours and mountain hikes, Sunsets, peace, and outdoors. "A FRONTROW" is a gorgeous, private, lakefront property, with panoramic waterfront spectacular views, and amenities. A firepit, hot tub, and pool await you outdoors with an indoor fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating. This solar home has brand-new split heating and cooling in every room of the home. Yes, every bedroom and common area has its own individual remote control to condition your room just the way you want it.
This home has your private dock, (to tie up your boat, fish, or swim off of).
Enjoy a spa, a natural lagoon-style black bottom pool, a fire pit, a boat dock, 2 smart TVs, and the peaceful sounds of the water & birds. The sunsets are amazing courtesy of Mother Nature! Bright and airy, right on the water in a beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard with plenty of shade.
The Space:
This beautiful lakefront house sits on a point with 180-degree views! With a calm channel on one side, it has full lake access with 150 feet of lakefront! This home is set up for entertainment! An outdoor bar, inground lagoon-style pool, hot tub, and fire pit make it perfect to spend time with family and friends. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs which include, very comfortable high-end beds such as the king master bedroom ensuite, 2 Queen-sized themed bedrooms, (The SEA room and The PALM room), and a fully stocked additional bathroom. Up the trendy spiral stairs, you will find a large amazing view room with black-out curtains and again with very comfortable beds including two twins, one queen, and one full-size bed, and a bathroom with a stall shower.
Enjoy the high-speed internet with wifi and smart TVs w/apps upstairs and down.

The kitchen is fully stocked and linens are provided. The coffee station includes decaf coffee and a water kettle for tea as well. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, and hand and body soaps. There are spices, coffee, and tea provided. Just Added: "State of the Art" Induction range, real convection Oven with Air Fry" you must try.

BRING firewood for the fire pit if you wish to enjoy a fire.
Other things to note:
Lake County has been named the "new" Napa Valley! There are many wineries to visit in the area.
The climate and soil in Lake County make for amazing grapes with incredible sugar content. Award-winning wines are waiting for you to come and taste! See the Lake County Wine Association for maps and details.

Water fun? Rent boats and jet skis at Disney Water Sports in Lakeport.

If you bring your boat, there is a private floating dock to tie up to, swim, and fish off of right in your backyard.

There is fun for the whole family. Pull up a chair, sit down relax under the market umbrella, and gaze at the unprecedented view of Clearlake. Watch the boats go by and enjoy the sounds and smells of the "cleanest air" in California. Use the gas Weber BBQ on the patio and enjoy your favorite beverage. Be prepared for some incredible sunsets over the water right from your tree-lined yard. Enjoy the lakehouse!

Amazing family getaway

We had an incredible week visiting Clearlake with our teens. Our daughter rarely left the pool. Our son caught a big catfish right from the backyard! And we all enjoyed the jaccuzzi and firepit. We brought kayaks and enjoyed paddling in the calm waters. The kitchen is well stocked ... has all the basics plus lots of spices! The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. And there is plenty of space upstairs for the teens to have their own space. The view really is as beautiful as you see in the pictures! We had a great time and hope to return again next summer!

Absolutely beautiful but bring bug spray!

The home is perfectly as described and could not have been more relaxing. The view is beyond dreamy. Two things to note - bring mosquito spray and the entrance to the lake was very "swampy" (lots of algae), so we ended up mostly only using the pool which was just fine by us!

Amazing summer trip

The home is so accommodating and comfy. The view outside and access to the lake is priceless. Would highly recommend this home for family gatherings and vacation.

Annual Family Vacation

We've been coming to Clearlake since 1979. This is the first time we had to use a VRBO.This property exceeded all of our expectations. The house was big, clean and comfortable. It offers various activities for all ages.. swimming, game boards, corn hole, s'mores(fire pit), tv, and then some. The house is stocked with everything you'd need...towels, sheets, pots/pans, keurig machine, first aid, and so much more. Steve, the host, was kind and easy to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again. This house helped to make or trip unforgettable.

Stayed over the weekend. Great place, great view, probably one of the best on the lake

Steve was great with check-in instructions. The booking said 4 pm check in but Steve let us in at 3. Thanks for a great weekend. Will stay again.

Slow down for just a while and experience the lake life, to remember our dreams, the smells, and sounds of childhood, and to make new great memories with the ones we love. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Welcome to the largest natural lake in California. Super safe, great walking/biking area with open space. You may spot rabbits, pheasants, Osprey, grey cranes, grebe, ducks, and even a bald eagle on your walk around the area. There are also frogs, crawdads, turtles, and fish. Please treat the home as your own! We bought it to stay and play and to share with you. This is a family-friendly home in a family-friendly neighborhood so no loud parties or late-night activity is allowed.
This is a NO smoking NO pet property.
Getting around
There is plenty of shopping including Safeway and Starbucks, and great restaurants right in town. Try "O'meara Brothers" for local beer and great food. Or, "Kelsey Creek Brewing" for a small local brewer that you must try! As far as wine tasting goes this house is perfectly located to hit all the award-winning "can't miss" sites. Just a short boat ride to a "free" Friday night concert in the park in the summer, and a couple of the best "On the Water" restaurants. "Park Place" has a big outdoor seating with a view of the like. If you need a boat, I can give you boat rental referrals if you ask! Wakeboard, ski, tube, fish, or patio boat, we got you covered! If you need fishing guides or equipment just ask. This is the "Bass Capital of the West". The local casino and marina are just a 5-minute drive for everything you may desire.

You will be staying at the iconic Lakefront home in the Lakeport area. It is located in the coveted Lands End community. One of the safest flat neighborhoods in Lake county. Just 5 miles from Starbucks/Safeway and a multitude of shopping eating, antiquing, and museums. The natural black bottom swimming pool is on the lake's edge, perfect in the summer cooling off playing and enjoying cold beverages. The warm hot tub/spa is a retreat both in the winter and the summer as well. Bring some firewood for the outdoor firepit and enjoy good family and friends. Time to make some memories.
