Relaxing 3 br apartment with sea view

Welcome to a small place near the city of Rijeka called Viškovo. It is located in a hilly area 9 kilometres northwest of Rijeka and at the same distance from Opatija, and only 20 km from the state border between Croatia and Slovenia.
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street,where you will have complete privacy.Touch of happiness apartment has 150 square meters and consists of 2 floors. It has 5 air conditioners,one in each bedroom,one in kitchen,and one in the living room,so you will be very comfortable.You can enjoy the peace and quiet on a large beautiful terrace overlooking nature and the sea. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen with dining area and dishwasher and one bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed for 2 people. One of the rooms also has a balcony where you can enjoy sipping a glass of wine while looking out to sea or stars in the evening. Upstairs there is also another bathroom with big bath tub and shower. We live on the ground floor of the house. This is the only apartment that is rented in the house, so you will have the whole yard just for yourself. In the yard there is parking for 3 cars. There is also a barbecue at your disposal, as well as a swing for children and adults,if you want to feel like a child for a moment.
