This 3rd floor condo has all the comforts of home, with a terrific ocean view and large balcony. Decorated and stocked for their family and friends, this place has everything a vacationing family needs except groceries and sunscreen.

PET NOTE: Please note, pets are possible (2 dogs -- or other animals -- with no size limits), but only for reservations of 4 weeks or more. There would be a $100 add-on fee added to any booking/Instant Booking if a pet is manually added. The $100 covers additional cleaning & HOA-required pet tag(s).

We are definitely coming back here!

From the moment we walked into the door, we fell in love with this place! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and we had more than enough room for four adults to stay comfortably. We were provided with every amenity that we would need. Communication with Neal before and during our visit was very much appreciated. We’re already talking about another trip back here in the near future! Thank you, we had a great time!

Great location. Oceans views and access to the beach were wonderful. Condo was clean and well stocked. Owner communications were outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Beach Condo

All the other reviews are accurate. It is a great stay and the photos don’t do the view justice. Will add that the location can’t be beat. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is a huge plus and you can even walk to Parlor Donuts for donuts and coffee if you’re so inclined. Was a great condo for a family of five that includes older teens who seek space.

Neal and Patrick's condo was clean and nicely decorated and in a great location with a great view. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice condo

Condo is very clean, but wish they would not have used scented laundry soaps to wash all linens. Those scents are problematic to human health, and those with allergies especially.

Just as advertised!!

There's truly nothing more that I can add that hasn't already been said in prior reviews. Room is beautiful, view from room in the pics doesn't do justice to the actual view. Room incredibly well appointed, tons of beach gear, incredible stocked kitchen, stocked laundry room. Wonderful time was had. Great job guys!

Amazing

We had the best time! It was supposed to my whole family however my son injured his knee and was unable to go so my mom and I just went! Neal and Patrick offered other dates but we just couldn’t make them work! So we chose to come! It is a great condo and the attention to all the little details, such as, labeling everything, a book of info, the ambience when you walk and the perfect cleanliness was amazing! This place felt homey and inviting! The parking lot had water from the hurricane after effects and that was a little difficult to manage but we took it all with stride and called it the LAKE OF SHINE WATERS! I will be trying to book this condo again for my whole family to enjoy! Ooooo and the porch view is GLORIOUS!!! Thank you Neal and Patrick for a beautiful place to stay!

Fabulous!!

This condo was perfect! From it being immaculately clean to beautifully decorated to very well equipped, I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Even prior to booking, Neal was quick to respond to questions and after booking, was so helpful and informative. The condo had everything we needed - we’ve stayed in other places that were sorely lacking, especially in the kitchen, so I always bring all this stuff from home instead of being without items we need. This time I didn’t even need to unpack it because Neal & Patrick had thought of everything! The complex has two pools and a private boardwalk directly to the beach, so it’s the perfect location. Beds are comfortable, there’s a private balcony with comfy furniture with a view of the ocean. We loved it! We will definitely be back!

A Bit of Heaven in St. Augustine!

Our jaw dropped as soon as we walked in this gem! It is by far the best VRBO experience we've had. Beautiful, clean, spacious condo and they have thought of every little detail you might need. Great touches and instructions throughout the place. Neal and Patrick couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. We had a wonderful stay even with the uninvited guest of Hurricane Debby. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. A delight from start to finish.

Family beach week

Perfect Beachside Vacation!

Wow, such a fantastic week! Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay & appreciated how easy it was to stay here! So clean & comfy, well decorated, and a very well stocked unit throughout. Easy parking. Well functioning elevators. Loved the pools & the view was wonderful too. Fantastic & quick communication from the owners. They put a lot of thought into everything to enjoy a relaxing, fun & stress-free vacation! Wonderfully well stocked kitchen, very nice washer/dryer, outside towel drying rack comes in so handy! All the beach supplies to ensure fun at the beach was amazing! We loved having games to play at night also. Neil & Patrick, we really loved our stay at your place, thank you for opening it up for many to enjoy! St. Augustine is a fun town, so much to see and do, would definitely stay again when in this area of FL!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room area. The pool and beach access was great. Definitely recommend this property for a beach get away or visiting the St Augustine historical area!

St Augustine vacation

If I could I would rate this condo with 6 stars. It is a very beautiful condo from the lovely decor to the comfortable furniture. Great communication with the owners, everything you can think of for a day at the beach, a large balcony with a stunning view of the condo’s grounds, two beautiful pools, and of course the ocean. A well equipped kitchen We loved our time at this luxurious setting.

Fun for the whole family!!

This condo is super awesome!! Everything you need is at your fingertips....kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and numerous fun beach items! Location is great....condo is very secure, close to grocery stores, great restaurants, well kept patrolled beach, and 2 beautiful pools. Neal & Patrick left their personal cell phones in case there were ever any issues......but there were none! Everything was perfect! Great place to make memories with your family! We'd love to return someday!! Thank you for having us!

Awesome!

Stayed ~4 days in March and enjoyed the pool and the beach, as well as the wonderful condo. The space was very well labeled, and everything was really thoughtfully arranged - from beach towels and chairs, to streaming and kitchen stuff. The complex was quiet, generally friendly, and well-managed, and we had a perfect vacation with our 3 boys. Would stay again for sure. Thanks!

My partner, Patrick, and I have lived all over the world, settling down in St Augustine in 2015. We wanted an oceanfront home, but with 7 dogs (and 1 very patient cat), we needed a yard. So we live inland and have, instead, purchased this oceanfront condo for use by us, our families and friends, and by you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is well-situated & well-maintained, and the selling point is/was the view and sound of the ocean from the balcony. This unit is a directly east-facing condo with views of the surf.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

An added bonus for us is that it has two pools plus a locked-gate onto & off the beach. Ample parking. And St Augustine Beach sand is soft and white, unlike other beaches in the area.
