Fit 8 people spaciously in our brand new, modern, coastal-flare abode that will only provide relaxation and countless memories in this stunning Florida-setting. Private beach access 1-min walk. Downtown 10-min drive.

Embark in the daily rituals of beach exploration and discovering the glorious Florida sunrise & sunset. This is a 4th floor penthouse overlooking the ocean with enormous private balcony at The St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condominiums. This is a 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms with all the high-end features. This is the Ultimate St. Augustine Beach Living Experience.

The condo was beautiful and common rooms were spacious. The deck looking out at the ocean was awesome. We had 7 people and never felt crowded. The kitchen is huge with everything you might need . We did buy some ice to put in freezer even though the frig had it in the door. The 2 bathrooms were enough for our group and never ran out of hot water with 7 people taking a shower. A short drive to every thing you would want to do. Very close to Mango Mango's and Beachcomber. Highly recommend this Condo!

This condo was by far the best vacation property we've stayed at in years--5 adults had plenty of room and the the sunrise each morning was perfect!! We will be booking this place again and again.

Everything was wonderful. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and very clean with amazing views of the Sunrise every morning. And the hosts were very professional, kind and responsive. We love it here and hope to come visit again soon.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The views from the balcony are amazing and the short, paved walk to the ocean allows for quick trips to and from the beach. Inside, the accommodations are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners have provided everything you could need for cooking, with an array of utensils and cookware. They are attentive and respond quickly to any questions or issues (we didn't have any) that may arise. I highly recommmend this place, and should I ever find myself travelling to St. Augustine again, this place will be at the top of my list.

Great place for a beach vacation!

This place has everything you'd want in a beachside property for a family vacation. We had three couples and one child stay here and it was perfect - easy access to the beach and was well equipped with everything you need to have fun at the beach. Great location with stunning views!

Good communication with host despite unknown need to reboot hot water system for decent temperature showers. Wonky coffee pot needs replacing, second and third bedroom need black out curtains due to intense outdoor lighting. Beautiful view for moonrise and sunrise.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway and this was just what we were looking for! Michael always responded to whatever questions I had. The location was ideal! A short walk across the boardwalk and we were on the beach!

Excellent property. Quiet and gorgeous views! They had some construction going on last minute and the hosts were so apologetic and even discounted our stay for inconvenience! The beach was beautiful, pool area so nice. Family friendly but also so close to everything location wise if you wanted to have a great night out!

Great Getaway

We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers (16/17) and the property was a perfect fit. Great layout and space for everyone. Property is well stocked and offered a wonderful view of the shore. Very clean and kept us comfortable all week. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a Beachfront Getaway

Our group was 7 adults and 1 infant. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Nice kitchen and master suite was awesome. Ample closet space for all our stuff. The view was amazing and beach access was close and easy. Property management was easy to contact and replied quickly. Would definitely return if we come to this area again.

This is a great location, and the pictures of the view of the ocean and beach are exactly what it is like. Such amazing sunrises and moonrises. Plus, you can walk to the beach easily. The location is exceptional--easy to get to downtown St. Augustine, but there are a lot of other restaurants nearby without going into town. A grocery store is really close by as well. The condo location is on a quiet street. There is tons of free parking. The other tenants are quiet but friendly.The unit itself is comfortable and very clean. I found the beds to be very comfortable. You will have everything you need in the kitchen, including spices and cookware. My group kept running out of coffee mugs and drinking glasses, but that could just be us. Having tons of beach towels and beach chairs, etc. was really great.My favorite thing about this rental is that the owners were so communicative and responsive. If you have any questions or concerns at all, you will hear back from them right away.I would definitely stay here again. One of my party was my elderly mother who cannot do stairs, so having the elevator was great, plus there are shopping carts and luggage carts to help you load and unload your stuff when you arrive, depart, or even when you bring groceries back.
