Luxury 4 bed, 4 bath with Pool & Spa 🌞 Summer Special

This is a upscale golf community and street parking is not allowed. This guest decided to bring to two large commercial size trailers filled with cars and park them in our Cul-de-sac blocking other people’s driveways. Filled our 3 car garage and large driveway with other cars leaving large oil spots for us to clean up (16 to be exact) Neighbors did complain of course and the guest were rude to them. “I pay Vrbo so if you have a problem call them.” I tried to reach the guest after seeing pictures with no prevail. We had to call Vrbo to intervene. After Vrbo spoke to the guests we had a returned call later that day. They moved the cars off the street Guest told us they paid and should be able to do anything they want. After all they paid insurance. (They did not) I reminded the guest that parties are not allowed. They were upset about that too. They left the spa half empty (not sure how they did that) and uncovered. We ask at check out that guests throw away excess food and start dishwasher. They did neither and left a large mess for cleaners. We enjoy sharing our house with guests and love the hospitality part of it. We were disappointed to have this happen and would not rent to these guests again.😢
