This listing features a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,100 sq foot ranch style home tastefully decorated with a mid-century modern meets contemporary motif. The black, white, gray & brown undertones brings out the perfect blend of warmth & luxury.

* LOCATION *
This perfect getaway is conveniently located in the heart of Paradise Valley one block south of Thunderbird Road on 64th Street. You are centrally located and just moments away from Scottsdale's key attractions such as; Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Waste Management Open, Gainey Ranch, endless supply of luxurious golf courses, and Scottsdale's very own Entertainment District in Old Town Scottsdale.

* BEDROOMS *
The home features a mid-century modern meets contemporary motif. The architectural design provides an open floor plan which gives guests the option to entertain OR sneak away from all the noise. Each bedroom is furnished with ultra plush mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, throw blankets, pillow and mattress protectors, and 55' inch Smart LG televisions with Live Streaming YouTubeTV. Most of the bedrooms are equipped with a 6-drawer wardrobe cabinet for your clothes but feel free to use the closets to hang your garments.

* BACKYARD *
This is where ALL the action is. With a lot size of 10,883 square feet your options are endless. Perhaps you start with a cup of coffee and enjoy the quiet early mornings on the cozy furniture underneath the back patio awning. Maybe head to the hot tub for a nice soak before the Arizona sun crowns and it gets to hot out. Help yourself to a nice soothing dip in the 10-foot deep swimming pool which can also be used year-round. Grab a friend and go head-to-head in a competitive game of Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, or even Connect Four. When the stakes start to get high be sure to grab a putter and a few balls out of the gaming closet and string together your very own putting tournament on our 6-hole L shaped putting green. Don't worry, your friends will be there to help cheer you on and keep things interesting as they will have front row seats to the tournament at our custom built pergola with fire pit.

This home is all yours. All guests and vacationers will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located in the bedroom hallway to the LEFT of the guest bathroom.

Paradise Valley is a suburb of Phoenix with a population just north of 14K. Paradise Valley is in Maricopa County and is voted by Phoenix Magazine as one of the best places to live in Arizona. Living in Paradise Valley offers residents a rural feel but in a lap of luxury. PV is notorious for their dense population in restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers and recreational parks.

Your rental property is centrally located in the heart of Paradise Valley off of 64th Street and Cactus Road (1 block south of Thunderbird Road). The property is roughly 7 minutes due West just off of the 101 & Cactus Road exit. You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly south down Scottsdale Road to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and much much more.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $35 per day from October through December and $50 per day during High Season from January through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank. These tanks can be utilized for both the BBQ grill and fire pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
 
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Scottsdale PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to departing. These doors will include:
 
- Back Patio Sliding Glass Doors (x2)
- Door Leading to Garage
- Master Bedroom Sliding Glass Door
- Front Door
 
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them in the laundry room prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry. 
 
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food. 
 
* TRASH DAY: BOTH Trash & Recycling gets picked up every WEDNESDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel them both to edge of the driveway for pickup on Tuesday evening (the night before).
 
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
 
* * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
 
* Be mindful and careful of the furniture & furnishings. 
 
* * * Please Note: This rental property is guarded by NEST Security Camera. There are 2 security cameras located in the backyard attached to the awning facing both the west & east side of the property for security purposes only.

POOL & HOT TUB DISCLAIMER:
* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.
 
Lastly, please respect this home as if it were your own. Have a blast and enjoy your stay.

WONDERFUL PLACE!
Everything was just perfect for our stay. We loved the set up of the house, the kitchen was well equipped, great communication, fun things to do outside and a great outdoor patio. TVs everywhere! Fantastic location! Overall amazing!! We would love to go back!

We provide our clients with a variety of services such as; pool maintenance, landscaping, home cleanings, interior design, staging and home furnishing, handyman services, maintenance and repairs along with some light renovations and remodeling when necessary. Now, a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. I moved down to Arizona when I was 18 back in Fall of 2000 to attend Arizona State University. I am the second youngest of five boys that grew up in a strong Italian household. My family is my rock and my brothers mean everything to me. I am attached at the hip to my beautiful partner Sage Honga of 8 years and counting - and as of recently we have the most beautiful daughter who was born on June 3rd, 2020 right here in Scottsdale. Arizona is now home to me and my family and I look forward to expanding my business down here in the southwest.
