ACCOMMODATIONS
As you enter the 4th-floor condo (there are three elevators), you will see a very tastefully decorated condo with abundant natural light. New flooring has just been installed in the main living space and bedrooms! To the right is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful white hard-surface countertops. A full-size washer and dryer next to the kitchen, including iron and board. On the opposite side of the kitchen is a dining table for four and an additional sitting at the bar for two. As you enter the main living space, there is comfortable seating and a large 55" flat-panel TV. Just to the other side of the living room is a large balcony with ocean views, a lounge chair, and a complete set of tables and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch or cup of coffee in the morning. To the left of the living room is the master suite. As you enter the suite, you will find a very spacious walk-in closet and, to the right, a large king-size bed and a 42" flat-panel TV. To the left is a private bathroom with a separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity sinks. You will find the guest suite in the main living space opposite. As you make your way in, you will see a full-size bathroom with a large standup shower and a single vanity sink. The bedroom is just to the left of the bathroom and has two full-size beds, a flat-panel TV, and open closet space.

AMENITIES AND POOL
Silver Shells, St Lucia, has some of the best amenities of any Beach Resort in Destin. For an additional charge, the full-service spa offers Swedish and European massages combined with hydrotherapy and aromatherapy, facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, body treatments, and hair and nail care. If staying in shape is one of your goals, there are many options: two onsite tennis courts, a large basketball court, and a fitness center. Once you have built up a good sweat, cool off in the large 7,500-gallon Gulf-front lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and whirlpools, a kiddie pool for the little ones, and a large pool deck with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. St. Lucia also has a private pool (heated) and hot tub.

BEACH
Just off the pool area, you will find the boardwalk that leads to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast with crystal clear waters and fluffy white sand making it a great spot for relaxing the day away. Looking for a tropical drink or a tasty snack? Slide to the Sand Bar Tiki Bar and Grill at the end of the boardwalk near the pool and grab one of their seafood sandwiches, juicy burgers, or tasty salads. And no worries if there is no room for beach chairs and umbrellas in the car. Silver Shells has a beach rental service right on-site (seasonal). From the unit/balcony is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.

SHOPPING AND DINING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, or Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall in Miramar Beach. You will have no problem finding that special gift with many nationwide brand names, movie theaters, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family.

When the hunger bug strikes no need to worry, Destin is full of fabulous restaurants, including The Back Porch, Boathouse Oyster Bar, Dewey Destin Seafood, Boshamps, and Cracklings, to name a few. Don't want to fight the crowds? Once again, Silver Shells have just the answer for you. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located right on-site and is one of the finest restaurants in the area!

Not interested in going out to dinner. Silver Shells also offers a very nice grilling space on the Lanai Deck. (Gas Grills)

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. There is an assigned parking spot in the garage and additional parking on the lanai and lower parking lots.

2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.

CONTACT-LESS CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification before arrival with instructions for the self-check-in and check-out. On arrival, you will receive an email and text message that your room is ready and the codes to check into the building and room.
