Le St Maarten 906 du Silver Shells Resort est un magnifique condo en bord de mer côtier, parfaitement perché avec la vue la plus imprenable sur les célèbres plages de sable blanc de Destin. Une entrée d'ascenseur privée vous fait vous sentir comme des rois et des reines lorsque vous entrez dans votre propre condo pour la semaine (hors saison, les séjours d'une semaine ne sont pas nécessaires). Une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les accessoires de base dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 7 à 8 personnes ainsi que 3 tabourets de bar vous offrant la meilleure liste de contrôle articles dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites. Le salon offre de nombreux sièges pour toute la famille et partage ces vues magnifiques sur le golfe que nous aimons tous. Les portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur le magnifique balcon panoramique où vous pourrez vous détendre avec une tasse de café ou admirer un coucher de soleil avec une margarita à la main.

Les propriétaires de St Maarten 906 viennent de remplacer tous les meubles, et vous tomberez en amour avec le design côtier et aéré de ce condo. Deux chambres principales vous offrent une bonne nuit de sommeil dans des lits king-size et chacune a sa propre salle de bains principale. Un maître comprend une douche à l'italienne ET une baignoire, tandis que l'autre n'a qu'une douche à l'italienne. L'entrée arrière du condo est située dans la chambre d'amis où vous trouverez 2 ensembles de lits superposés (3 jumeaux + 1 complet). Une salle de bains est à proximité et offre une douche à l'italienne pour le plaisir.

Destin 2025 first time there

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gibson was easy to book but the process to get to your room was not clear at all they assume you have been there I had to find a maintenance worker to help us find the right elevator. Need to make the directions clearer.

Enjoyed our stay! The location of this unit is excellent- easy access to the pool and beach. Patio nice view. For after hours check in ask security guards for help- the garage gate code doesn’t work once in garage everything was per directions. Private elevator. Destin work the visit . We would stay again

Condo and overall property were wonderful. Communication with rental management agency was quick and easy. There is no binder or document in the condo outlining check in/check out procedures, nor was there clear communication on how to access the beach or pool area (you need fobs, which were eventually found in the condo). Providing this information would be incredibly helpful to limit initial questions and confusion. Once we were able to track down the information needed to access basic services, everything was great. Great sleeping layout for all ages, excellent location!

Bday trip

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. The layout and bedroom setup were perfect for us. The view off the balcony is amazing. Property campus had heated pool and hot tub that was handy due to our trip being in November. Campus also had a playground area that was perfect for my younger kids.

Perfect condo on the beach

Super clean, loved the room with bunk beds for the kids. I do wish it had a lock so they can’t just open the door and walk outside. Balcony is big with great furniture! The pool was the best we’ve stayed at. Only two critiques is the door in the bunk room not having an inside lock & only 2 key cards made it difficult with a large group. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View and plenty of room

Loved the condo. The view was spectacular, and the location is awesome. The 3 bathrooms was an enormous plus, and the beach and access was perfect. The only slight issue was confusion with the check-in process after 5 pm, but I called the emergency line and got help. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great, Security guard was awful

We had a great family vacation. We loved the location, the view and the water. We ended up catching the end of the hurricane, but we didn't allow that to ruin our vacation. We had a couple of issues while there. The bed were hard as a rock. We had to go buy air mattresses to lay on top of the mattress, so we could sleep comfortable. All beds were the same. The light before we left a security guard who isn't affiliated with the rental company or VRBO, told us that our registered service dog, who was trained by K-9 Frontline, was not a service dog and asked us to leave. We reported this security guard and we were not asked to leave by the rental company. My brother-in-law has severe PTSD from 2 deployments and this was just unacceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful! The location of the condo is right on the beach with great balcony view of beach. Personal elevator to condo was such a plus! Loved views from both master bedrooms. Beach chairs included in unit, but would be nice if they were the more common Tommy Bahama-type chairs that recline. Chairs very basic and some were high and not low beach chairs. Sofa in living room not very comfortable. But overall, we loved the condo!

Great family vacation

What a great condo and that VIEW :D Great place with quick access to the beach and amenities. Great walking distance to The Back Porch. Just FYI if you plan on heavily cooking, there are no spices, not even salt or pepper. Not sure if that is because of Covid or not, but just make sure you buy or bring your own. We stayed an entire week and we were very pleased with everything though, despite lack of some kitchen stuff. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Fabulous views, really nice en-suite bedrooms, well stocked kitchen (but bring your own dishwasher detergent and coffee filters!), and wonderful balcony with full view of beach, ocean and daily dolphin visits! The common area is also super: huge pool, hot tub, really pretty garden playground, beach bar/grill and soft, clean, white sand. Gibson Beach rentals is extremely professional and responsive. We highly recommend them and this unit!

Beautiful View

This was our first time to Destin. Came with a h.s. graduation group. The view in this condo was amazing. The furniture was dated and stained. Icemaker didn't work or the garbage disposal and we had maintenance ppl coming and going but they we're very pleasant to work with. They did bring us bags of ice. We could've used one more key fob (our friends in other condos were provided 3 or more) since it was necessary to get access to the beach, in the pool and in the building. Felt spacious. Felt safe. Slept 8 very comfortably. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and a must especially with the rip tide warnings when was beach closed (3 of the 5 days we were there) Host was responsive. Chair and umbrella setup on the beach is extra $ however you could use provided chairs but you have to had to haul them down and setup around Silver Shell's guests' provided ones. For the money, there are cheaper and more enjoyable rooms to choose from in Silver Shells. Research carefully.

I would not rent from Gibson but I would rent on the property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started out very bad, we were unable to get into our condo. My husband was stuck in the elevator and I was stuck in the lobby. Our condo was on 9th. When calling Gibson for help the answer I got was hopefully we will get over their this evening!! Really!!!! Thank goodness for the people on staff the guard saw what was going on and maintenance came over and let us in. There is no way we would have gotten in with out there help because the dead bolt was on the door we were suppose to use! I called because we had one key when we were suppose to have two keys, they again were going to get on it when my husband checked the next day because we didn't hear anything. He was told someone tried to drop a key off but I wouldn't let them in!! Really??? I ask for a key and then I won't let you in to drop it off?? Honestly??? I called and asked who was working on Sunday and they would not tell me because I wanted to report her by name! I don't take kindly to someone telling such a thing about me! We needed a key to the mailbox it took well over a week and 3-4 calls to Gibson. The management brought us a key, we learned quickly if we needed something to ask them. They were very friendly and so very willing to help! We had to resort to them because the toilet leaked, it was the only time that someone came right away. We had to listen to 5 days of jackhammering 5 full days! On the 4th day we called - what a mistake! There's nothing we can do about it! We always heard call us if you need anything, yet when we called they could do nothing about nothing!! Except the toilet that leaked! Topper was when we were told we had to be out by 10am on 1/31/20 and we get a notice telling us we had a checklist to go through for checkout on 2/1/20! So we had 5 days we had to get out for the day because of jackhammering, trust me it was extremely loud. It's not good for someone who suffers from migraines! Paid for 1/31/20 when we really should have been able to stay until 2/1/20!
