This 12th Floor Condo in the St. Lucia is located in the highly sought after Silver Shells Beach and Spa Resort. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and views of the gulf from the terrace of this 12th floor luxurious condo. It is appointed with beautiful custom furnishings from Sugar Beach Interiors. The terrace is accessible from all rooms.

There are two spacious sized beautiful bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with amazing views of the Gulf. The master bath has an oversized whirlpool tub and shower. The separate laundry room is an added bonus.

This 1,369 sq. foot condo just performed many upgrades to include: new granite countertops in kitchen and bath to include new sinks and faucets, new porcelain tile “wood look” flooring, and fresh new paint throughout. All new stainless steel appliances, as well as, new lighting, new carpeting and new sofa. Tastefully decorated and well taken care of.

Amenities include beautiful lobby, St. Lucia Private Pool and Hot Tub, as well as, Large Resort Pool and Hot Tub, beautiful expansive private beach, and indoor/underground garage parking for 1 vehicle. St. Lucia HOA includes Dish Network TV and Enco Wireless Internet.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lucia 1204 and absolutely loved this cute little condo! Even though it’s tucked toward the back, the view is still surprisingly great — we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings soaking it in. The condo feels so cozy and homey, like a warm hug the moment you walk in. It’s thoughtfully set up, clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. We truly felt at home the entire time and would definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Destin. If you’re looking for a charming, comfortable place that feels personal rather than just another rental, Lucia 1204 is a gem!

We have always enjoyed this particular property and we would stay here again. Unfortunately, the washer was broken (no spin cycle) and the hot water in the kitchen sink wasn’t available. The view is beautiful and the condo itself is spacious are nicely kept.

This place was a great value for the price paid. Beach front property, centrally located, absolutely amazing pool, always enough table/chairs at pool area, parking space included in price, clean condo, two rooms/two bathrooms, 12 floors up with both bedrooms and living room having floor to ceiling windows with doors opening to patio. View of partial ocean and city. I have only one complaint and it has nothing to do with the condo itself. I booked through VRBO but this property is managed by Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals. I was sent a completely separate contract from this company to review AFTER I had booked and AFTER my credit card had been run. This contract completely insulates them from any and all things that could go wrong but has zero protections for the person renting if anything goes wrong. I read this contract and felt really worried but ultimately decided to move forward with the rental. For my family, the decision paid off and we had a great time but this is the first time I’ve come across other rental companies using Vrbo and I wasn’t expecting this because it would seem that Vrbo collects their fee and then signs off on responsibility for managing the relationship between the renter and the owner.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean. It was such an enjoyable vacation with my two daughters. We had a wonderful time on the beach enjoying the beautiful water with our favorite frozen drinks delivered right to us on the beach! Conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!

A Dream Vacation

This is our family’s 3rd stay at Silver Shells. We love it it’s so clean and safe it’s perfect for our family. We have gone other places and nothing else compares so we come back. We are already planning our next trip back. Nothing to complain about!

Fantastic Condo on the beach

My family loves Silver Shells. The condo in St. Lucia is wonderful. Love all the amenities Silver Shells offers. The new fitness center, weight room and pickle ball courts are an added bonus.

New Years Destin

I have stayed at the Silver Shells many times and this 12th floor condo did not disappoint. Pool and hot tubs were a little chilly for our taste but everything else was very nice.
