HypNautic MV3A is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, free-standing townhome offering all the high-end features you want at affordable rates.
Top-quality, furniture awaits you in every room of the home. The pool and party pavilion are just a few steps from the front door. There’s a cozy front porch with outdoor seating perfect for taking in the beautiful Port Aransas sunsets, or watching the kids enjoy the pool. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, dishware, cookware, and so much more. The downstairs primary bedroom suite offers a comfortable Queen size with the cutest nautical décor, a large flat screen and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower for that extra touch of luxury. A separate laundry room with brand-new over-under GE washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find 2 more guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a queen size bed complete with a flat screen TV perfect for winding down after a day of fun in the sun. The second guest room is outfitted for the smaller travelers in your group! This bunk room is equipped with two sets of bunks that are twin over full and full over full! The bunk room is complete with bean bag chairs, a wall mounted TV, USB ports, and is the perfect set up for the kids to feel right at home. All 4 TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming apps available for your viewing pleasure, once logged in to your personal account. The unit includes two dedicated parking spaces. STR# 381882

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- NO grilling on patios. Community grills available
- PARKING: Two dedicated parking spaces. NO OVERFLOW PARKING
- PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING.

Overall we enjoyed the location and items available in our rental. It was clean. A little noisy by the pool. Amenities were in full stock.

Spring break

Great location, close to restaurant & easy drive to the beach. Super clean. Only issue we had was that we never got check in instructions & I had to contact the office to figure out what to do.

There are only two parking spots per unit but street parking is available. Our neighbor offered his additional parking spot to us. Overall, everything was as discribed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had everything we needed. It is close to a lot of restaurants, shops and a short drive to the beach. The rental was clean and had plenty of room for our party of eight. There is dedicated parking for 2 vehicles close to the rental which made loading and unloading easy. You have to pick up/drop off keys at a separate location but it was an easy process. It would be nice if there was a lockbox entry though because keeping track of physical keys at the beach is not my favorite. We will definitely be back, it is one of favorite places we've stayed in Port A.

Great location, very clean

Property was very clean and only minutes from restaurants, shops and the beach. The bunk room was great for lots of kids and big enough for teens too.

Happy beach crew

We come to Port A every summer and we hit the jackpot this time! This condo was super clean with all the amenities anyone could hope for with a larger group. Great layout - we felt like we had plenty of space and the 3 bathrooms were so appreciated!! Really nice little pool area right outside our door. The community grounds were very clean and well taken care of. We walked to my favorite coffee spot every morning! It’s so close to everything in town. We will definitely return!

Clean and Relaxing

Overall great place to stay. Sunsets are behind you which makes for a nice evening out on the porch or pool. Very clean. One small issue is this is a 10-person place with only two parking spaces. Poor site plan considering it’s unlikely there would be only two vehicles especially with cart rentals for that size of a group. Otherwise, really nice place and well kept. Beach isn’t too far. Easy commute.

Love the Location

This place was great to stay and that was just minutes away from the beach. We love the pool that was just for this small private property that was right outside our front door. It was just big enough for our kids to enjoy. The cleanliness had a minor issue. We did have a one year-old crawling around on the floor and after 15-20 minutes, her top part of her foot, along with her knees, were black from the carpet and tile. Everything else with the house was very good, cleanliness wise. The management even was kind enough to help us find my son’s games that were left accidentally under a bed. Would definitely come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gem in the heart of old Port A! So close to everything. The unit was well stocked and had quality appliances and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Decor was perfect! We chose this unit because it was on the end so we had a view out the side windows. Only bummer was the pool was closed due to bacteria. When pool was built it was too small to handle the population of all 12 units on the property. Not a deal breaker 'cause It's all about the beach!

Exceptional Stay!

Outstanding house. Exceptional location. In the heart of Port A, yet peaceful. Tastefully decorated and well equipped with anything and everything you could need for cooking away from home. Plenty of space for all of us and the large laundry room was a nice bonus! Would DEFINITELY stay here again and again.

Excellent location

The house is better than listed. Upstairs bedroom is huge with 3 full size beds and one twin (bunk beds). The location is fantastic. Close to everything downtown and not far to the beach. The listing doesn’t show bbq grills but there are some there. We had a great time and the house is beautiful. Would recommend and look forward to staying again.

Beat up and Dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so excited to stay in the heart of downtown Port A and this detached townhome seemed like the perfect fit with plenty of space and a small pool but upon entering it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. There was spiders and bugs on the window seals, hair and dirt in the showers, many of the walls had stains and there was dirty handles and doors throughout the home. There was also quite a bit of damage including broken tile, scratched walls and baseboards. We called the company and submitted photographic proof but we were told we would have to wait for the owner to review the photos before they would get back to us. This was over a month ago and we were never even reached out to for an apology after even calling to follow-up. The space itself is great but this unit is beat up and needs a lot of love and care to get back to the standard that is set with the price range they charge. We even used Port A Escapes before because the unit we previously rented was prestige but they didn’t even attempt to resolve our issue so I’m not quite sure we would ever use them again. Would not recommend.
