Standard check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability, with potential additional fees. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests who need a late check-out should contact the Guest Experience or Reservations team in advance, as this too is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of £500 may be required prior to or at check-in to cover any incidental damages or extra services.
• No Party Policy:
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in an automatic minimum charge of £2,000. Legal consequences may also apply in accordance with the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Any breach of this policy will incur a £300 fee, which covers deep cleaning and any potential damage caused by smoke.
• Damage Policy:
Guests are asked to inspect the property upon arrival and report any damages or missing inventory items within 48 hours. Any unreported issues discovered after departure may result in additional charges. The host reserves the right to recover the cost for repairs or replacement of damaged or missing items.
