To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in an automatic minimum charge of ÂŁ2,000. Legal consequences may also apply in accordance with the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Any breach of this policy will incur a ÂŁ300 fee, which covers deep cleaning and any potential damage caused by smoke.

Guests are asked to inspect the property upon arrival and report any damages or missing inventory items within 48 hours. Any unreported issues discovered after departure may result in additional charges. The host reserves the right to recover the cost for repairs or replacement of damaged or missing items.
