Featuring an eclectic decor living/dining room, kitchen, 2 balconies and a patio, it is only a few steps away from the Oceano dunes and walking trails, and is beautifully set right by a park and the Oceano lagoon. Walking distance to store and restaurants, parking right by front door. Private pilots can fly-in and walk across the airport parking lot to the home.

The space:
With a “skies meet the ocean” theme, the space is equipped for the aviation enthusiast and their family/friends, as much as for beach-loving families or friends who are wanting to stay steps away from the water and the park and lagoon, where the kids and/or pets can play after a day at the beach.

Sit on one of the balconies and watch the sunset with a glass of wine, or have breakfast and a cup of coffee on the patio.

Both bedrooms will charm you and invite you to rest and relaxation. The eclectic living/dining area with roku TV, comfy couch and dining set for 4, will give you a space to enjoy each other’s company while watching a favorite show, or just catch up with each other while having a simple meal together.

The available wifi will make remote working or streaming a breeze. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal preparation with a gas stove and OTR microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and pod-coffee maker.

The two bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and towels for your use during your stay.

Guest access
The entire townhouse is accessible to the guest.
Other things to note:
-Only 1 parking stall is available for all guests. Additional vehicles MUST park on the street outside of the complex. Violators might be towed.
-We are pet-friendly and you are encouraged to bring your pup for a small additional fee. If you, however, have issues with finding an occasional dog hair, please book elsewhere. If you have pet allergies, please book elsewhere. -The property is monitored by alarm system cameras at entry/exit points for your safety. Alarm system can be armed/disarmed by owner at your request. Please note that the listing is NOT childproof and children need supervision with accessible stairs, decks, and railings.
(Note: ONLY registered guests are allowed on the property. No entertaining, visiting, etc. on the premises. Quiet time after 10pm. Occupancy policy violations will cause cancellation without refund, and a $300 charge for each additional unregistered person on the property. Cats require a damage deposit).
