Barrel sauna, two plug-play hot tubs ,pool table Mt View private trail to river

Welcome to a beautiful forest house that sits on 5 acres of private forest land. Just a few steps to the backyard deck that holds a wet barrel Sauna for 6-8 people with a view of the mountain from the inside window. Walk on the private trail (advanced trail) to a private river beach where you can sit by the fire , enjoy seasonal fishing or unwind to the sound of birds and the river flow. Sip morning coffee in one of the many seats outdoors while watching the sun rise. Two new plug and play hot tubs with multi-color underwater LED lights - 4 people per tub (8 people in total between 2 tubs). Grill bbq on the outdoor grill and finish the night sitting around the bonfire making s’mores while sharing stories.

INDOOR

The dining room has a large dining table to sit and enjoy a meal you can prepare with your entire family in the roomy and well equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of space for lounging and recliner sofas for extra comfort as you take in the stunning scenery of the mountains and nature. Entertainment room has a pool table, Smart Tv, full body massage chair, popcorn machine and game boards/toys for kids.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $40 per pet - this includes any pets that are just visiting for the day. Please let the host know if you plan on bringing pets

**No smoking indoors. Please use the designated outdoor area for smoking- outdoor ashtray provided

You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using hot tub and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that using the hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur while using the hot tub. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the hot tub. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they agree to be bound by the waiver prior to booking and arriving onto the premises.
