Awesome stay and location.

This was a great and clean place to stay. Awesome location with easy access to everything. Owners were very responsive before and during trip. Loved the front porch for meals and early mornings. Will definitely be back.

Great outdoor space and location

We loved this house. Perfect for family of 4. Great location, outside eating/sitting area was lovely. Access to the garage was very nice, no hassle finding street parking. Hosts very accessible and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great to be baa as cl in San Diego!

This property has the best location. Very centrally located. We were close to Old Town (amazing Mexican food), Sea World, Coronado was just a few minutes away…and beautiful Sunset cliffs just down the road. The parking in this part of town is all street side. One of the advantages to this property is the large garage. San Diego has tight parking lots and that made this garage a huge help. We also enjoyed the sunsets from the front wooden deck. The deck faces the ocean and made for a relaxing spot to hang out. We had a great time here.

Great stay!

We stayed here in July 2022 for a week. The location was amazing, close to everything you want to do. You can also see the Sea World fireworks every night from the back. The property was perfect for our family of 3. It was updated and had everything we needed. It has air conditioning which is rare in San Diego. The best part was sitting on the porch and watching the sunset! The view was amazing! Also, having the garage is a big plus since parking is difficult. The neighborhood is cute and quaint. Kim is very responsive to any questions and a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Stay here if you would like to be scammed. Immediately upon arrival the house had a horrible scent of urine. There were several stains on the sofa/rug/upholstery. We complained to the host who went back and forth with us, telling us that we were essentially hallucinating the scent and that we were "more sensitive"keep in mind we were all three grown adults smelling the same scent. She then decided to ask us to leave (no home rules were broken and throughout our whole 48 hours we were extremely respectful of the home, even buying cleaning supplies to clean a home we paid almost $400/night for to see if we could get rid of the smell). The property manager came by and told us they would give us at minimum a partial refund. Did that happen? Nope. The host told VRBO we stayed the entire stay and we got scammed out of over $3K, luckily we have proof of the timeline via text messages (highly recommend keeping a paper trail if you decide to stay here) but it has been a nightmare of a situation almost a month later fighting with our banks and VRBO who also admitted to us that the host lied to us about their abilities to refund us. Oh and cherry on top of this series of unfortunate events? Don't expect an 'Ocean View' because the only view you have is of another building. If you squint your eyes hard enough and look out into the distance you maybe, just maybe, might be able to see a tiny silver strand.

It’s very unfortunate there are those that disrespect others homes and then use this as a platform to tell completely made up and fabricated story. We are Superhosts with over 120 reviews. VRBO and our cameras outside know the truth. Airbnb is our go to platform. Check us out there.

Great little place!!!

This is such a cute little house! Such a nice ambiance and you instantly feel relaxed on the front porch! I was confused at first because I thought the pictures of the big deck with the dining table and with the fire pit with Adirondack chairs was the back yard but it’s actually the front. Great spot in the back for the dogs to play and the garage for parking was a HUGE bonus! Everything about the place was great although whoever was there before and the cleaners they hire didn’t do the best job as there was full thing of smelly garbage right by the door when we walked in and some old smoked cigars on the table outside - but again that has to do with the cleaners not the owners of the house themselves. Would definitely go back!!

Perfect little staycation in the cutest little blue beach home

We had a great time celebrating my cousin getting married! It was Just me and my 3 cousins and it was the perfect amount of room! The front patio was so great for breakfast all together and sunset dinner and drinks. The location was perfect for our staycation. Thanks again for everything! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay!

We stayed at this great little house in San Diego for two nights after a longer road-trip. We are a family with three kids, aged 8, 12 and 16. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The newly renovated kitchen is great - you can easily cook a family meal. Basic things such as detergent, oil, salt and pepper and even coffee were in stock - great if you only can stay a few nights. Only plates and glasses mostly from plastic didn’t appeal to us. All other things ( like soap etc) seemed to be ecological- I liked that very much! Also there were additional towels and sheets available if needed. The patio really is wonderful! I can fully recommend to rent this house for a stay in San Diego - communication with hosts was great and we were sorry that we only could stay for two nights. It would be great for a longer family vacation in beautiful San Diego!

I had communicated that I was coming with children. We checked in and there was a crib, coloring books, snacks, and recommendations for local parks. Very kind hosts. Very convenient location. Off street parking is a huge plus! I'll come back.
