Stay in a clean and cozy luxury cabin in Western Maryland with private parking surrounded by relaxing mountain country views. Located within 2 hours of DC, Baltimore and Pittsburgh, this is a perfect weekend getaway.
This log cabin has two double beds that will sleep four adults or two adults and two children. This luxury log cabin features a casual knotty pine interior with a cathedral ceiling, contemporary air conditioning and heating, ceiling fan, a dining area, kitchenette, dish network television, and private bathroom. The cabin also has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee condiments, and microwave. Our modern private bathrooms have a large size stand-up shower (no bathtub). Each cabin has a private front porch with Maryland mountain views that is perfect for relaxing, as well as your own private parking area beside each cabin. For those that cannot do without the internet, we also provide free wireless internet service.
The 7C's cabins are surrounded by Maryland State Parks and outdoor recreation areas such as Rocky Gap State Park where you can enjoy Lake Habeeb, hiking and biking trails or Green Ridge State Forest with hiking trails, rafting on Fifteen Mile Creek, hunting and fishing. With easy on and off access to I-68, 7C's Lodging is also a great home base for touring the mountains of Allegany County by motorcycle or ATV. The cabins are just a short drive to Cumberland MD where you can find local restaurants and visit popular Western Maryland attractions, ride the historic Western Maryland Railroad or take in entertainment and games of chance at The Rocky Gap Casino.

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful day of hiking at Green Ridge State Forest just a 10 minute drive away. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Loved the unique idea of establishing a Cottage style retreat on a few acres of land. We had a difficult journey due to bad weather and bad directions, in the mountains, and arrived pretty late, Once we opened the door to the Cottage we were in love. It was bigger than expected , clean and well laid out. Our sleep , on the brass bed was deep and our morning was bright and relaxed. We will definately reccommend this place to friends. One note, on your GPS, you MUST add the town ( Flintstone) ! Theres more than one address which is similar.

Overall the stay and accommodations were good. A couple minor items of constructive criticism. First, there is another larger cabin/house that appeared to be part of the property near the entrance. We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage. On our second day of placing our garbage in the dumpster a woman came out and screamed at me that the dumpster was not 7C's. She did not want to talk and simply yelled and went back inside. Some type of signage or communication could have easily prevented this innocent misunderstanding. We later found the correct dumpster.Second, the cabin was clean but if you looked closely there were things that highlighted the cleaning was more superficial. There were dust bunnies under the bed, spider webs in the corners of the room and dust had collected on some of the light fixtures. This is nit-picky but things like this separate accommodations from good to excellent.
