Building Overview: The building is a 4-unit apartment complex, with two units available on Airbnb and two units on the first floor for long-term rental. Each parking space is designated for a particular unit, ensuring a hassle-free experience.



Kitchen: The kitchen features modern amenities such as granite countertops and a brand new cooktop, along with a variety of appliances including a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and a coffee and tea station. A small table with two chairs is perfect for a tasty breakfast before a day of exploring.



Laundry Facilities: The coin washer and dryer are located under the stairs, and a key is provided for easy access. An ironing board and iron are also available for your convenience.
