The Space:

This home is perfect for any vacation, any family or group regardless of age ranges, and it has proven time and again that there is something for everyone here! The heated saltwater pool and spa features a waterslide and sun-shelf area with bubblers and lights that is perfect for lounging or for the kids to play. The oversized spa makes its use very comfortable. Beside the pool area you'll find a large open-air patio space with loungers. Nearby, you'll find the covered patio space that includes a large smart TV, multiple seating and dining options, outdoor grill (natural gas), ping pong and mini-basketball hoop! It is the perfect place to relax after a day spent at the beach! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). This approximately 2,600 square foot coastal farmhouse is charming through and through! You'll love it, we promise! It also has well placed windows and sliding doors to bring in great natural light, keeping things light and bright. This home has an elevator with service to all floors.This home provides 5 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have balcony access. There are 4 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining area of the home with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also boasts a game room with Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console and assorted board games.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 5 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 3 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you'll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, it's such a great space for everyone. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort. The home's beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Here, you'll find the main great room and balcony. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a custom island dining table for 16. The dining table is such a cool feature, and all of our guests love it for entertaining, especially around the holidays! Just off this space is a comfortable living room with seating (queen sleeper located here) and balcony access. The balcony on this level extends the interior living space and complements it well! There is 1 bedroom on this floor, master bedroom 1, and it features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 (bedroom 2) features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity. Bedroom 3 (balcony access) & 4 both feature a king bed and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an en suite bath that features a vanity and shower/bathtub combination. There is a game room on this floor with Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console, board games, and more. There is another half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well.



Getting Around:

On the beach block, meaning you don't have to cross any roads to get to the beach! You're literally within 1 block of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This super fun entertainment district is literally right around the corner, and it has something for everyone, and it is quickly becoming a guest favorite! But, even with this proximity, this Point of Rocks neighborhood is quiet, so it provides the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. And, as we shared, you're within a block to the beach too, so walkability here is incredible! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach (shark tooth hunting), Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
