The next door group home are adults with disabilities. This usually leads to noise and loud music on the group home side of the house at times. If you’re someone who isn’t a fan of loud music and noise then this would probably wouldn’t be a good fit. Please contact the host for any additional info. The property is nice and clean and a very cute little place to stay. If you are looking for somewhere with a lot of space or privacy from other guests traveling with you, this is probably not the choice as you are in pretty close quarters, but for the simple purpose of having a place to sleep and relax for a few nights vacation, this is perfect! Only issue was that the couch did not pull out into a bed as listed, but overall that did not affect our stay. Would stay at this property again!
Location was convenient for the places I needed to go. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The neighbors in the adjoining duplex/group home were quiet, no problems at all. Parking was off street. I did have some security concerns about the property- window that could not be secured. Host is now aware. Furniture was adequate, not overly comfortable. The host was responsive, arranged to have more toilet paper and paper towels delivered when we got low on supplies.
